Bought an Audi S3 from Redgate in May. Sales man was rude and abrupt because I didn't want to take the joke £500 extra warranty (Extra commission) I was charged £150 for the car to be preped. They stuck their garage name on reg plates, the screws are at all angles and the plate looks a mess. On getting it home I found the back seats had literally mud caked all over them. When I washed the car, the wax or what ever they had put on, was covering the worst machine polished swirls I've ever seen. The entire car was covered, it looked like the old 80's artex on the walls. It's cost me an additional £450 to a get a professional to polish this out and I think that was a steal. I'm convinced Redgate did this in their prep as the car is mint inside, the wheels are original and it's clearly been well looked after. I cannot believe the owner would have let someone that useless do this. So to sum it up, £150 for them to wreck the paint. I haven't even contacted these guys back, I wouldn't waste my time. Like others have said, great to take your money. Terrible after that. The review has taken me sometime to get round to as for a while I have just tried to blank the entire experience. Be warned.

Purchased a Ford Focus from them in winter with a full warranty. Discovered that the air conditioning is not working. They want to charge me to service the aircon as it is not required to be working by law when they sell the vehicle. If I had known the air conditioning wasn't working I would never have purchased it in the first place. Apparently it is my fault for not knowing this. I sincerely regret placing any trust in this company, terrible customer service.

Sales team and service desk very friendly and polite. Huge disappointment after collecting my car less than two weeks ago for health check / service No mention of tyres yet less than 100miles later I queried a slow puncture to be told front tracking completely out and inside walls down to threads in places. Pretty sure this is a danger and sad it wasn’t addressed After sales very good to talk and understand but no further call

I Originally bought my Mercedes GLA from Redgate lodge back in March 2021 and had a very good experience, the service plan was great and customer service was excellent. Due to getting a new work car I was looking to sell my GLA and approached the garage. Steve gave me a very competitive quote for the car, he was very friendly and helpful and even offered to collect the car from me. I would highly recommend both buying and selling a car through Redgate Lodge.

To be fair, I simply would not recommend buying a car from this company or using its associated service centre. The Car I bought was back to the garage about 6 or 7 times, for a problem that everytime they told me it was repaired, it’s wasn’t. The car was eventually sent to BMW where they fixed the fault straight away. Subsequently, the car has 3 more faults, one of which it has had from myself buying it, when contacted, they wanted nothing to do with it and even tried to charge me when the car is still under a comprehensive warranty. The so called service manager Ben, is very unprofessional and stopped mildly short of calling me a liar today. His attitude and ignorance is staggering. The Bosch service centre are no better and lack even the basics of competency and communication. So once again, if you want a stack of problems and zero solutions then this is the place for you They portray a champagne service but I’m afraid they deliver a blue Panda pop service in the end Absolutley staggering how bad this place is AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today we purchased our 5th family car from Redgate Lodge. The service as always is fantastic. We feel looked after from start to finish. Sam always serves us efficiently with a friendly service and a smile. We also use the Bosch Service Centre on site for all our MOT and other car needs. We always feel in safe hands with the Redgate guys and this is why we will continue to return again and again. Highly recommend.
