I never heard of Kidsy and stumbled upon it while looking for two car booster seats for our grandkids. The price was right and the good reviews outweighed the bad ones so we rolled the dice. The boosters are perfect and arrived in a timely manner.

Whatever you do, do not order from this sham of a company. I ordered a bouncy chair and received it with missing screws and front bar. They refused a refund or exchange because it had been over 14 days. There should not be a time limit on an item delivered unusable. AVOID, it is not worth the minor savings you might get.

Bought a car seat, mentioned in the description that it was "new in open box" I wish they mentioned its manufactured date is 2/2023 and we are currently in Feb 2025. The car seat is already 2 years old from its 10 year expectancy. Being a convertible we'll probably have to buy a booster as this will be expired by then. This feels like a lie by omission.

This was not delivered to me! I was catching up on my emails today from the week and discovered that the car seat was delivered in another community. Them picture they sent didn’t even match my home!

This was my first order with Kidsy so I was excited to try it out. However, I ordered what was labeled a a new baby bjorn bassinet cradle that stated only the box was damaged. When I received the product there was a missing mattress. I am extremely disappointed in this because the description of the product stated it was new and only the box was damaged. A new bassinet comes with the mattress included. Secondly, I was disappointed because I reached out to customer service regarding this and was asked for a photo of the product. Why would I be asked to send a picture that’s has an absence of an item? I then provided feedback that items should be QCd before shipping and the customer service person did not address this. I am still waiting my refund as of 2/16.

We purchased two items. One was as a Graco double stroller, the other a Graco car seat. The car seat was as detailed and perfect. The stroller came missing essential pieces such as the axel, cotter pins, and hubcaps for the back wheels. When I asked for a return/refund our request was denied.
