I needed a new carpet installed in my basement in 1 week for the holidays. This was an impossible task at a competitor. Carpet one made it happen. The service was top notch from the measurement to install. Rocco the sales guy provides excellent customer service explaining everything and following up. The install was seemless. I have gotten so many compliments on the carpet. I will be using Carpet One for all my future flooring needs. You can tell the difference in quality and service.

The flooring is beautiful and was expertly installed. However it took seven weeks and a phone call to finally get it done. I feel that is a bit longer than expected.

I had a wonderful experience with our sales person Laura M. She is courteous and knowledgeable. I actually referred my daughter in laws parents to her. Our installation was postponed an extra week due to an emergency which was a bit frustrating but also understandable. The installation went smoothly and I am happy so far.

Install took a little longer than I thought it would on the installation date, but it was done flawlessly! Rather it takes an extra hour and looks great. And it does look fantastic! Instlers were professional and respectful, and did beautiful work. I want those same guys back when we replace the rest of our carpeting!

The carpet installer Mr. Sinatra and his son did a superb job on our upstairs and staircase carpet install . They were very professional and courteous. If we install carpet again we will specifically ask for them to install it

I had my flooring replaced in eight rooms and the craftsmanship was excellent is every room. Eight of the rooms were carpeted and one had hardwood installed, I am more than satisfied with every room in the house. This was not an easy project as we requested the scheduler to make several changes when contractors, working on other simultaneous projects, needed more time. The product quality was everything we expected when we selected it in the showroom. We had a good experience from start to finish, including sales assistance, selection, scheduling, installation, and the end result.

Capet One did an excellent job installing laminate and vinyl plank flooring in our townhouse. We would highly recommend using Carpet One for your flooring installations!

Floor is a improvement, but it squeaks a lot the wood almost matches wood in the rest of the house but not as shinny kind of a disappointment. The crew was nice but not as good as first crew who did my other floors. we can she a few short cuts.
