Their price was very reasonable and they demonstrated extreme patience with me, holding my carpet for an inordinate amount of time, withou complaint, while I waited to have worke done before installation. The carpet is lovely!

I would absolutely recommend Carpet One! The service I received from everyone at the company, from sales to installation, was exceptional! Each person I spoke with went above and beyond to assist me and make sure I was happy! They definitely make it a point to make sure the customer is satisfied! Not to mention, I love the carpet!

Loved the carpet I picked out, but not crazy about the padding that was recommended. The carpet was expensive but it feels like I'm walking on a slab of concrete. It is not a plush feeling under your feet. I do think it is the padding that is just not the right one for this particular carpet.

This was a great carpet buying experience! The sales team is very attentive, but no pressure here. They are all about helping you find what you want and ensuring that you are happy with the product and service. They let me check out several samples to take home to make sure I was getting what would work in my home. The wait time for my carpet order to come in was very short and the installers were courteous and quick. I would definitely recommend this family owned business!

We had a wonderful experience the 2 men that install our carpet were very professional and easy to work with. The scheduling of a convenient time was easy. The whole experience was good and the carpet is just what we wanted and expected. The process is tedious to pack up everything but well worth it and help us clean things out and discard things that should have been discarded years ago.

Not a good experience. After going to the showroom to pick out tile, we had an estimator show up who told us this was a quick easy job. When the two installers showed up , we were informed half of the ordered tile was junk, and that the estimated cost was incorrect and they left without doing the job and didn't replace the carpet they had rolled back. A fourth employee showed up after many phone calls to the office and suggested we go with the original tile and a cheaper layout. The job was finally completed after an extended time, and now our credit card is being billed more than the amount on our receipt. This has also required phone calls to try to correct this error. We have now filed a dispute through our credit card company.

the in-store team was very good to work with and very diligent in figuring out the best way to lay my carpet out to avoid too many seams (John - CP store). The installation team was very hard working and did a great job. The carpet looks great.

Carpet one installed a custom runner at our home. The installer was on time and courteous. He had to cut and angle the runner on the spot and it looks fantastic.
