All work was done quickly, on time, and professionally. Sales and Installation staff did an excellent job.

It's an average experience. Some of the woods put in were in poor condition. Personally, should do a better job.

Expectations that were set did not meet actual experience. We only asked for one thing, a timely installation. Poor communications with in their organization contributed to a poor experience. Phone calls not returned, an unacceptable experience.. We will say the man who did the carpet installation did a very professional job. Our review does not impact on him. Please note according to your definitions this score is a two, I do not agree with these definitions. My score is really a 1 star in no way a 2 star. I love the carpet but if i didn't catch it I would have paid for carpet I did not get. The shipped carpet was less than ordered.

Picking out my carpet wasn't as stressful as expected due to the sales staff listening to what I needed. The installer was detailed, knowledgeable, friendly. Due to the incorrect carpet getting delivered the installer went well above what was expected to correct the issue.

I ordered new carpet from Carpet One, I found the exact color I was looking for on line. Went to the store in Lathams NY, and ordered it. Beautiful carpet for my hallway. It came about 3 weeks later. The installer did a great job. love the color! Happy with Carpet One, and this is not my first time there. I bought my living room carpet from them about 5 years ago.. That still looks new. Everything went well through installation but one thing, being charged on my account when I didn't have the product installed yet. If that was explained to me during the selling process I forgot it. Our sales woman did a great job helping us pick the right carpet for our situation. The carpet looks great and the installers did a great job.

This year I had hardwood, tile, and carpet installed from this store. They had an excellent selection of products and were helpful with selection. Installation of each type of product was done by installers who understood the product. The carpet installer was particularly knowledgeable and adverted a potential problem. He was also willing to listen to my suggestions. I would recommend this store over big box stores as selection is great, they come to your house, free of charge, to measure before a commitment to purchase, and do not bug you to purchase.

We love the carpet. The buying to installing was the simplest thing done with our remolding. The installer Tom was the best. Thank you to all involved.

I ordered my carpet and was not informed ths t it was in back order. The salesman said it would take 3-4 weeks for arrival and installation. The information of back order was available to the salesman, but I believe he did not inform me because, had I known it was going to take 8 weeks, I would not have bought my carpet from Carpet One. I would have left and gone to Home Depot or Loees instead. At the 4 week mark, I called and was told it was due in that week.. same goes for 5 week mark, 6 week mark and 7 week mark. I put off all other planned activities and appointments for 5 weeks so I could be available for installation. Carpet One did not even give me a reduced price for their mistake and my inconvenience. I chose them because I wanted to give my business to a specialty store instead of a big box store. Never again. I completely understand now why Lowe's and Home Depot are so successful. They deliver when individual retailers can't. I told everyone I know at work and my neighbors to never go to Carpet One.
