The store has a great selection of rugs and carpets. Tina M. was fabulous to work with because she not only knew her products well, but also had great insight into my personal style and what would work best for me. She took the time to figure out the best way to carpet my stairs for the lowest price, which was very much appreciated. I will definitely use Carpet One again.

We had three employees walk by and completely ignore us....as we stood at the reception counter. One stared right at us and kept walking, straight into his office (where he faced us, pretending he didn't see us). We were the only customers in the building. The flooring we purchased was fine, customer service sucks.

Great service and product; minor issue that was resolved quickly and fully to our satisfaction. Todd and Greg were very helpful in picking out the carpets and handling the installation. The selection, quality and price was very good. The carpets look beautiful! We would definitely use Carpet One again and recommend them to our family and friends.

Bob came to our home to measure and made recommendations about types of flooring and installation. We then saw Bob at the showroom and he assisted in selecting the flooring. The installation team was great. Familiar with both LVT (our choice for the replacement floor) and carpet and tile installations which the new floor abutted. When the installation team removed the old floor and realized that part of the new area to be covered differed in height from the rest of the floor they called Carpet One and extra underlayment was quickly brought to our home.
