We have had an amazing experience with carpet one from start to finish. It was a joy to meet Laura M in the store who gave us valuable advice on what type of flooring would suit our home. Laura M was so kind, cheerful, respectful and professional that we knew we were in good hands. We can not commend our installers enough. Ken and Riegel have done an amazing job. They both were extremely professional, kind and sincere. They listened carefully to our wants and our needs but also gave us valuable advice on what would and wouldn't work for the best outcome. They maintained a safe and clean environment at all times which was extremely important for my two young children. We love our new floors, so much we are going to get more done with Carpet One very, very soon. Thank you so much!!!

The staff at Carpet One Floor & Home make you feel very comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. They took the time to explain the different products and were able to steer us to the product that would work best for our needs, without being pushy. They were very easy to work with, and we didn't feel like we were just another number. They worked around our busy schedule when it came time to measure and install our carpet. We are very happy with both the carpet we chose and the entire experience we had. We highly recommend them and will go back again when we have future flooring needs.

The on-site measurement for carpet (living room, dining room, foyer, hallway and stairwell) was not accurate (stairs), thus not enough carpet was ordered (3+ week turn around) and therefore not enough carpet was available to allow the installers to complete the job in one visit. Additional carpet needed to be ordered (3 week turn around), received and installed. The carpet and pad purchased appears to be of excellent quality and hopefully will last for many years.

I could not be happier with my new floor. The two installers, Steve and Tom, were absolutely wonderful to work with during the week. They kept me informed of their progress every step of the way, arrived early each day, and cleaned up at the end of the day. They did an amazing job. I LOVE my new floor!!!!

I was very pleased with the work that was done, which was to install a new vinyl floor in my kitchen. The floor looks great, and it was done on time.

From start to finish we were dealing with well-trained members of the Carpet One team. They were upfront, honest, and, throughout the entire process, everyone wanted to do everything they could to make sure we were extremely happy with our purchase. Well, it was a success, we are so happy! It is a high quality product and was installed by well-trained professionals who took extra care in all the little details. The installer even sent me pictures of the floor mid-day so I could see the progress and followed-up with a phone call the next morning to make sure I was happy with how the floor came out. You could tell he took great pride in his work, and it showed. I definitely feel like we were better off going with Carpet One versus a big box store. The personalized experience and attention to detail was no comparison.

The store has a huge selection, but the salesperson was attentive to what I wanted and helped me pick the perfect hardwood floor for my home. The installers seemed to really care about making my new floors look perfect. Everyone at Carpet one was very nice and professional. Very pleased overall.

Delivery was very late. Placed order and it was to be installed within three weeks. Received a call at four weeks and was informed that the rug had not been shipped from the factory yet because they order was misplaced by the factory. After speaking with the service rep a number of times, I was informed that the rug would be in five more days. Rug was finally installed after six weeks, six days before Christmas and I finally got to put up the tree. I wasn't compensated for any of the distress and inconvenience. Wouldn't recommend this business to anyone.

We had an issue with the delivery of our floor but the store manager and installation manager helped to correct the problem quickly and professionally.
