Brilliant service We picked up the keys to our new home at 3pm and by 5pm Mark from Starlink Net & Derbyshire Vision (Derbyshire Aerials) had arrived and set up our new Starlink system exactly as he'd promised. Mark was reliable, efficient and friendly and very helpful in explaining how to get the best out of our new set-up. He'd already provided great help and guidance by phone and text in advance of his visit. All in all, a service from Mark rating 10 out of 10!

Otman was nothing short of 100% amazing. Once he arrived, he went above and beyond the call of duty to resolve my elderly mother’s issues with her SKY TV. He couldn’t have been more helpful, more knowledgeable or more empathetic. He deserves a medal. My only little niggle was with the appointment process and that the ETA was wildly inaccurate but this was not the fault of the engineer.

I've had your local agent visit 4 times but he has not done anything constructive and have paid him nearly £200. This is not satisfactory! I don't believe he has any idea about the fault.

It was easy to book an engineer and I was told an engineer would be with us within the hour and he was. Andy was the engineer. The problem was soon solved with a new aerial. Andy is a very polite, friendly professional engineer and doesn’t waste any time fixing the problems. First class service and can recommend the company.

Took a day off work, at 4:38pm get a call to say the engineer can’t attend. I’m sorry, but you know way before then whether or not you can make the call out. I get the impression this is a management company using local engineers, they are very impersonal and don’t seem to know where their engineers are at. I won’t be trying them again, and would not recommend them should this be the level of service they offer, really disappointed and will now search for an actual local engineer.

Mark and coworker were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Arrived promptly. We’re very tidy and cleaned up after themselves. Can highly recommend this team for work.

Booked an engineer to install an aerial at a house we're moving to, 110 miles from where we currently live. I travelled there to meet the engineer, waited for four hours and nobody turned up. I had telephoned twice that day to ensure the engineer was coming and was assured they were but by 3pm on a Friday had an idea I was being let down. I contacted Aerial Force again only to be told that the engineer had telephoned the customer and she had cancelled the job. I am male, nobody spoke with me and I certainly hadn't cancelled the job. Contacting the 'customer care' team was just as big a waste of time too. It would seem that another six or seven people have also experienced this failure to show for an appointment during October so I'd recommend looking for a more reliable service.

I ve never felt so stupid wasting money like this time when this engineer just advised me to contact my internet provider and he made me a quotation for another useless job. 10 mins no touching anything just questions he could have asked on the phone for 114GBP

I got Pete today. He listened to my problem. He fixed it properly quietly and efficiently. He was punctual, trustworthy and a pleasure to deal with. Down to earth no fuss. Did the job brilliantly. Just before my footy match too.. thank you Pete. You are a top guy.

Very fast response and engineer was very good, looked and showed what the problem was and advised on repair. The replacement items were very heavily priced, researching afterwards the parts I needed were a quarter of the price elsewhere and that company had profit on the price as well. So in summary quick call out, good response and job done well, but we won't look at using them again for other projects due to high part pricing.

Made the call to AerialForce and spoke to James, pleasant but very verbal, to the point I struggled to have a conversation on my part. However, following a booking… installer Lee attended the job 2 days later.. He extensively explained what was needed and completed the job as expected. Note: This company charges premium prices for their products and their quote far exceeded my budget for the few materials used, but was advised this included installation (hence labour charges should not be added!!) Advice to AerialForce… do supply your own dust covers and vacuum to cleanup any dirt internally. All said and done it was completed quickly and should last another 20 years My advice is to receive a few quotes if your budget is limited. Extended guarantees are available but I felt 12 months sufficed. Overall a good but very expensive job by AerialForce on the day. Paul, Sheffield

I called up on the morning for a sky glass tv to be wall mounted. Engineer Mitchell arrived on the same day later in the afternoon. Advised on the best wall mount for the set up and discussed the full cost of the job. Then completed the job within the hour. Friendly service and very happy with the job.
