Kev did a networking installation at our house, we had been having issues for the last 2 years with slow wifi in several parts of the house, Kev came did a survey of the house and recommended 4 Ruijie wireless access points, which he came and installed a week later. The difference is amazing in rooms were we were getting 4 MB we were up to 60MB. Very happy as everything is working as it should be.

(Put up by same firm over 20 yrs ago) Delightful guy who correctly anticipated that all the metal (which he left in a neat pile outside my gate) would mysteriously disappear within 24 hrs!! So no need to go to the recycling centre. Thank you!

My TV broke after turning it on, looks like the guy who mounted it applied pressure on it and it caused a green line of death on my LG OLED, Plus he slanted the mount, I have had to now buy a brand new TV and stuck with a slanted mount unless I want to pay again for someone to dismount and remount! That was a £1600 TV that has been busted, I have tried everything to fix, I had someone come out and see it and was quoted £1000 to replace the entire panel stating pressure was applied on the screen, not only was it only one guy handling the work, he also missed a part that is now missing on the mount screws, it seems he just rushed it as it was done in less than 3 minutes.. I will be seeking to try and get a refund even if it goes to court This is the absolute worst service ever, I thought with how fast he did it and how pleasant he was he was a professional, obviously not as he not only has caused a £1600 TV to break, I have had to now spend £1400 to get a new TV £160 for a mount rushed in less than 5 minutes that caused my TV to break is terrible!

United Kingdom | 08 February 2025Called Aerialforce as the recent storms had loosened our bracket holding up our Sky dish and it was making a very loud squeaking noise. Engineer came out same day. Came inside and checked our signal which was good. Went outside to tighten our bracket but recommended we have a new dish - at some point soon - at a total cost of £180 + VAT. Had no intention of having a new dish when there was no problem with our current one, apart from being loose. As soon as the engineer left we lost all of our Sky channels. Phoned Aerialforce but was just told the engineer had recommended a new dish. All they were interested in was getting us to part with more cash instead of coming and rectifying the problem. Found a local aerial installer who came out and got us all our channels back in 5 minutes. Would never use Aerialforce again and would not recommend them.

United Kingdom | 07 February 2025The receptionist was excellent. I phoned her at 10:30. She said an agent would be with me at 11:30. He arrived at 11:25. His name was Ricky Hersey. We are a building company and Ricky was the most efficient engineer I’ve come across he was excellent got on with his work Completed my work 100%. I couldn’t fault him. He also did an extra job for me at no charge I would recommend Ricky 100% and if the rest of the engineers in the company or as good as him then it’s a credit to the company.

United Kingdom | 07 February 2025Easy to book on line which was verified by a call soon after. Was offered a same day appointment. He was here within a couple of hours. Their employee was courteous and easy to understand I.e. kept options simple. A new ariel was put in place within an hour's labour and was thoroughly tested.

All I was doing was trying to advise given I work nights when I could answer the phone to make the engagement more efficient.

He was polite and friendly and did a lovely job, he even cleaned up after himself. I felt it was money well spent to have someone professional do the job, I also paid a bit extra and took out there 12 month Insurance to cover the job done. I would certainly recommend AerielForce 😊

All my TV screens with Miniboxs just froze and Kev just seemed to press a few buttons and they sprang back to life. So frustrating for the uninitiated! These guys work l-o-o-ng hours he came after 6.30pm.
