Saw they provided both security and aerial installations so booked to get sorted in our new home. Was initially impressed as I contacted two days ago and was able to get a slot today. I was told they can do the work after giving a quote if you agree to it. We have long work commutes and often can't work at home, so needed to rearrange work to make sure we were at home for the engineer. After hearing nothing I rang at 3pm and was told someone would be with us soon and their engineers work until 7.30pm. By 4pm, I had a call but was hung up on. After waiting 10 minutes with no call back, I decided to ring them only to be told the engineers were all busy and no one will be able to come today. I refused waiting in another day, so we'll take our business elsewhere. No consideration for your customers time, very disappointed. To be honest, after doing a bit more research online I'm glad as it seems they are unreliable and recommend doing more work than is necessary.

Total rip off! Get a few quotes! There are a lot of 5 stars for this company, and I can't vouch for the quality of their work, but I wonder how many would reduce the rating if they had managed to get another quote! I think they respond so quickly to pressure you into going ahead before you can think how much they are actually charging you. The engineer who came round was really good and knew his stuff, however I was quoted £490 for the job (Removal of roof aerial and an old satellite dish install new aerial in the loft and re-cable). I asked why it was much he said because he would be up and down the ladders all day but had previously told me it should only take 2 hours. £245 an hour is pretty steep! I was then phoned by the office for the "Hard Sell" I suggested £200 would be more in the ballpark. I felt that even that was a bit too much but the convenience of getting the work done there and then was good and I took that into consideration. I was then told that in all the years she’s had in this business she has never heard of anyone that could do the job for that price! Well subsequently I phoned a reputable AV company who came out a couple of days later and for £150 the work was completed to a very high standard. I am not saying they would have done a bad job, far from it but, please read the reviews and save yourself some money if you don’t need it doing the same day. I must admit I am really surprised that old fashioned pressure selling companies like this still exist in this day and age.

Today Mitchell came to replace our broken TV aerial, he was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. The service was quick and Mitchell gave us a good breakdown of what he was doing and the cost. The price was reasonable, the service exceeded expectation.

Don’t waste your time in calling this company, they don’t turn up for appointments, over 2 days and countless apologies they cancel at the last minute…. Even after rearranged times Shocking service… Do yourself a BIG favour, go on Checkatrader, I did this after I lost patience, fella arrived within 1 hour And fitted tv to wall for £55 quid it was a 50”

Great communication and super fast responses. Peter our engineer was lovely and very knowledgeable. He gave us some great advise and was so quick to sort all the parts needed and come back to install a new tv Ariel after our current one was damaged in a storm. Very thorough and we will certainly have him back to do some other work.

False advertising company that states on its website from £89 to have a TV mounted. On their price list charts the lowest price is actually £99 so they already start off by ripping you off. Plus none of their prices include VAT. You were talking a quote of £196 to have a basic mount I can buy off Amazon for under £13. I would have been prepared to go ahead if it was in the region of £120. They are really missing a trick by not giving quotes over the phone as this way they would be able to save on the cost of getting a worker to deliver the quote, saving petrol and man power in the long run which they could then deliver better rates for customers which does not make the company look like scammers and rip-off merchants. I actually felt sorry for the poor guy who came out having driven out to have me laugh at the rates. I'm sure they are amazing technicians at doing the work but I find the 'hard sell' approach antiquated (once in your home giving the spiel about 'let me call my manager and get you a better deal' blah blah. A company that plays on being in your home and making you feel that once they are there you are more inclined to agree save making another appointment. I think this company need to listen to their customers and change their perspective. People today are more able to research exactly what they need and don't actually require someone coming out to 'survey the property'. Thank you but now that i know exactly what type of bracket i need (thanks to your listing sheet) I shall buy a bracket and get a small company to come out and mount my TV. One star because I have to but after reading the reviews I feel that you could do a lot better and are clearly all about the money rather than the customer service.

UNFAIR PRICING TO THE EXTENT OF DAYLIGHT ROBBERY- I booked an engineer to fix my sky plus box and we agreed on £79+VAT. But there was no fibre connection coming to the inlet in my house- so he just said that which was on the whole less than a 5-minute job and then I was charged all of the 94.80£ for nothing done. I paid it where it was NOT DUE AND EXTREMELY UNFAIR- I feel robbed of my hard earned money. The service offered is unsatisfactory and have been charged exorbitantly for the same- please don’t book them , there are many other companies who offer the same service at a much cheaper rate and don’t rob you of your money.

Fast, straightforward and professional service. We had a callback straight after completing the online form and were able to book in an engineer visit for the next working day. Tom H (engineer) came early in the time slot provided, having given us the 30 minute warning promised. He was really helpful and was able to mount our Sky Glass TV on the wall there and then, providing an appropriate bracket. He worked quickly and tidied up after himself. He ensured we were 100% happy as he went along and took great care of our tv as well as furniture/carpets etc. We would recommend Aerial Force to friends and family and would use again.

Paul Lappin was fantastic, he was friendly and kind and explained all my options. He was able to put my TV on the wall straight away, cleared away all the mess and talked through options of how to hide my cables. I’d definitely recommend.

Pete turned up at the correct time and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everything to do with the aerial and TV. He carried out the replacement of the rusted aerial efficiently and quickly and made sure that it was all working and that I was happy with the install before leaving.
