He was very professional and informative, although we do not understand technical terms as much as we should. Just hoping we don't have any more problems with our TV. He did a good job. New aerial, retuned tv and fingers crossed sorted the problem we had.

Lee was informative and we had confidence that we chose the right fixings to keep this very heavy TV on our wall. Only 4 stars cos price was higher than we expected, and as Lee was on his own, he needed my husband's help to manoeuvre the TV.

United Kingdom | 25 October 2024Excellent service phoned Thursday late afternoon and was sorted by 11.15 next day by Dave and Corrie both polite and very efficient although I have found out by 2 other firms the charge of £240 for an extension was really expensive I have also seen that they didn't actually fit a socket just plugged in to the wire through the wall? Also 3 holes drilled one left completely unfilled and one has a blob of something stuck in it no finish at all feel quite let down

United Kingdom | 24 October 2024He did not attempt to go up a ladder and check the aerial or connections on the roof. Tested each TV with an electronic gadget. I knew the TV's weren't getting reception as had been checked by TalkTalk my provider but didn't know the reason - aerial on roof had moved or connections needing repairing? He stated aerial was over 25 years old so needed replacing and probably the booster as well. (Had they checked the age of the house before the appointment I wonder?). As an 80+ year old woman on her own I'm not able to shin up ladders any more so on querying this result he did the "oh well I can just walk away" statement. Leaving me with a £69 Diagnostic Charge and no working TV's! Was reconciled to the decision and he did the job and got the TV's working at price of £357.50. On checking the loft where the new equipment was sited, I had to spend 30 or so minutes clearing bits of wire and plastic bags etc that had been left there. So after the event I feel miserable that I was conned into getting a new aerial and booster without the company having any intention of trying to check and repair it. Company policy was mentioned twice, so I assume the policy is 'flog everyone a new aerial' As an extra thought, the aerial is only a piece of metal and I know of people who have had their's for 40 years or more! Not happy!

United Kingdom | 23 October 2024Richard was very friendly, open, and honest about what may or may not be achievable. I had a 55" smartboard to be mounted to the wall. He checked in every step of the way, explaining why he was doing what he was and checking that everything looked good. As it is a very heavy product, he kept an eye on it to make sure the fixings were being held by the external wall while he cleared away.

United Kingdom | 23 October 2024I was appalled to learn from my 89-year-old mother, that she had fallen victim to this seemingly unethical business. Despite her age, my mother cherishes her independence and sought Aerialforces services for a new TV aerial installation/diagnosis, lured by the advertised starting price of £139.00 plus VAT. Shockingly, after a mere two-hour visit from their technician, she received an exorbitant invoice for £1148.40! She was informed that the cost included a four-port booster box priced at £440.00. Yet, the installed box, a Labgear LDL204R, retails for a mere £32.00 and is evidently of inferior quality. The installed aerial, bearing resemblance to the Labgear LOG Megaboost TV Aerial retailing at £49.00 VAT inclusive, brings the total material cost, wires included, to roughly £100.00. Factoring in two hours of labor at £140.00, the bill should have been close to £250.00. It is clear that she has been grossly overcharged and deceived. Upon inspecting the work, I discovered a shoddy installation. The booster box was carelessly left unanchored on the floor, and the wires were strewn across the rafters. Moreover, the aerial is bent, appears second-hand, and is perched on a makeshift base on the loft floor! I demanded a full refund for my mother and we have heard nothing! I question the legitimacy of any positive reviews your services may have received on this site. This situation has left my mother devastated and financially strained. The emotional toll has been immense, leaving her feeling embarrassed, unsettled, and unsafe. It's likely to have a lasting effect on her confidence, and she is now uncertain about whom to trust. An absolutely despicable company.
