From ringing them up and Nick arriving was less than 24hrs within 20 minutes we had a quote within 2hrs we had a new dish and system up and Running can’t thank them enough. Will recommend them when ever possible.

Having been told by contracts supplied by TNT that they couldn't get a signal. Contacted Aerial Force who were the next day and installed and working within two hours.Nick the engineer was great went above and beyond 👏 would highly recommend.

I couldn't fault the service I received Gavin Short was very helpful very understanding explained everything easily was reassuring and step by step told me what needed doing and what's best also the fact they had all the equipment and didn't have to go away and re-book in for weeks later

Yet again I’m seen by an engineer who has not resolved the problem with the WAP that this firm has installed. The connection keeps dropping out and I’m am at the point where I believe the firm really doesn’t care about quality. You have to mail the complaints team (granted they have rung me back promptly) as they will not give a number out. Even better was the quote from the sales team rep “it’s like a new car sir, you can take it home and it could blow up the next day”. Incredible.

Engineer booked and turned up on time. This was a challenging job as property had no aerial and hadn't had one for some time. Wires that were there were dead so needed completely new installation to serve 2 separate rooms. This was a challenging job but engineer managed to solve problems and install service. I was impressed with his perseverance in finding a solution. Very efficient service from a true professional. Highly recommend this company. Initial booking quick and simple.

Contacted them on Saturday afternoon about mounting my tv and they had someone out first thing on Monday morning. Very professional and quick. The engineer was super friendly and explained everything and the tv is perfectly mounted. Would definitely recommend them.

Harry (same name as me so was bound to be good) came out and added a rj45 cable to the upstairs of my house to my office. Didn't work at first but he quickly sorted the issue with one of the rj45 plugs and I now have Internet upstairs. Good service, not too expensive.

Had an Amazing experience. I’ve just left hospital and not great and the engineer Tom was fantastic, friendly and kind and went above and beyond with helping me. The install was quick and effortless was done straight away and kindly even clean up and after. Contacted the company in the morning after reading the reviews online. Greeted by a professional lady over the phone who answered all our questions. She advised someone would be in touch to arrange a visit to price up installing our tv on a rotating bracket and removing two ariels on the roof. Noel came within the hour of our call and priced up the job. We were very happy with price, Noel completed the job straight away. Noel was hard working, left the area clean and tidy and completed the job to a high standard. Overall service from aerialforce exceeded our expectations. Thank you

Wonderful professional service thanks to Nick of Aerialforce who soon diagnosed the issue with our TV aerial signal, had the replacement part in the van and ‘bingo’ the TV returned to full colourful health. Magic! Superb so thank you Sir … most highly recommended.

Despite seeing the property on Google the man did not have long enough ladders( normal 2 story house) he diagnosed weak signal charged me £80 and promised engineer with longer ladders. Failed to turn up on 4 occasions. I went local and got it fixed next day.

Very short wait for appointment and same day installation after quote was all a very smooth process. Installers were professional and courteous and did a great job.

The engineer was not friendly at all. They need to also have a secure link to make payment, and not ask customers for their card details! Paid by bank, the engineer was not happy on the same, not sure why. Not good value for my money.

DO NOT USE FOR STARLINK ! The cost for the Starlink was £299 and what Arielforce charge to fit it is £415 , £150 +vat for the labour and the rest was for the kit ! The same kit is £70 on Amazon . My advice is just buy the kit and get a builder to fit it and you will save about £180 on getting it fitted . I was told before if they fitted it, it would be £150 + 100 + vat for the job . Reading this has just saved you a lot of money
