We have recently purchased a sky glass 55” tv that we wanted to be mounted on the wall in our living room, we also needed the system to be connected upstairs in the bedroom and outside in our Hobbit house, we also requested that the old sky dish be removed from outside. Andy arrived to do the job, from start to finish he was absolutely brilliant, he was quick knowledgable efficient professional and tidy nothing was too much trouble, I couldn’t recommend him enough. Scott arrived on time and phoned in advance of his arrival. He was friendly and professional and quickly quoted me for the job , before completing the task to a very high level. He offered a fantastically efficient and friendly service. I would highly recommend both Scott and Aerial Force. Outstanding !

United Kingdom | 05 November 2024Please read before booking with this company. I was promised, on two seperate dates, that an engineer would attend. Two no-shows. No explanation. They had the audacity to think I would reschedule for a third time. Their business model is based on potential customers being mugs and accepting whatever date they can fit you in. Don’t be a mug, go with a company that’s professional and can attend on the day they say. It’s not a hard task to schedule and attend an appointment. If they can’t do a simple task as that. I dread to think what the workmanship is like?

United Kingdom | 04 November 2024I strongly advise against using this company due to a disappointing and awful customer experience. I feel cheated and taken advantage of. I wish I read the google reviews before hand. It seems the company’s business plan is to quote a low price and then make up items to add on to the invoice on the day. During the booking process, I received reassurances that my requests would be accommodated without issue. However, when the engineer arrived, nearly every item became problematic. The only positive aspect of the experience was the engineer’s punctuality. Unfortunately, his explanations were vague and seemed designed to confuse rather than clarify the scope of work. He also appeared impatient, pressuring us for immediate payment before we had a chance to fully review the invoice. This approach left my mother visibly upset, especially when he became visibly irritated after we requested time for us to discuss the charges and contact the office. The cost of £69 plus VAT was what the office told me this visit would be cost for me advising the freeview needs to be connected and aerial to be reconfigured. We had purchased 7 brand new coaxial cables for each TV. He engineer said he replaced 5 out of the 7 because they were either too short or didn’t work. We were unable to test as the freeview wasn’t working, but I highly doubt they were all faulty. I asked him to leave behind the ‘old’ cables which the engineer stated were ‘left scattered around the house’ but we can only find 2! The engineer also said the cable in the booster box in the loft was plugged into the radio connector and not the TV connector but handover of our first fix from when we had new electrics in the house shows that that is false. Ultimately, we were charged almost double the initial quote, which felt unfair and misleading. When I raised concerns, the engineer’s response was dismissive, with remarks such as, “it’s only an extra £54; I don’t see what the problem is.” His demeanor was unprofessional, and he disregarded my mother’s questions, which made us feel so uncomfortable - sad to see elements of bias in the 21st century. This experience has left a lasting negative impression and I would suggest for all to steer clear.

United Kingdom | 04 November 2024Searching for an aerial engineer, book Aerial Force, I was given an appointment that was fitting in with my daily commitments, A very Pleasant fellow arrived and introduced himself as Scott, and immediately weighed up what needed doing, he discussed with me the prices and I was happy to go ahead. Scott (the engineer) was very professional, he was equipped with all the right tools required for the job, . He advised me of the best place to drill with minimum disruption and best of all no mess. I was impressed that he put shoe protectors on, taking into account my newly laid carpets. Brilliant ,Job well done and i would highly recommend.

United Kingdom | 04 November 2024Didn’t turn up for 3 scheduled appointments over the period of 1 week, gave them benefit of doubt first 2 times as they said they got held up at previous appointments. Gave them a 3rd chance as they apologised and said that I’d be the first stop Monday morning between 8-9am. Got a call at 8:50 am Monday saying would have to reschedule as ‘something came up’. Save your energy and book a company more professional and value their customers time. Extremely unprofessional,

United Kingdom | 02 November 2024I wanted to move my tv to a different location, on doing so i managed to pull the aerial cable out of the wall. As i live on my own i couldnt bear the thought of not having my tv. I came across Arialforce and rang to book for sonebody to come out. I thought that first i was going to be let down for next day call out, but later in the afternoon i got a call to say that an engineer called Richard was on his way. He was friendly, and would not leave till everything was up and running. He repaired my satalite cables, and how he did it i will never know reconected my aerial through to the outside which he said was badly maintained. I will not hestitate to use them again, but i would like Richard. Price was also what they quoted.

United Kingdom | 01 November 2024Shocking!!! DO NOT USE!! Booked in to be first job of the day between 8-9am no sign on engineer so I call to get an update. Then told they will be there at 11am. How can you get that delayed for first appointment of the day! Rescheduled for Thursday to have an afternoon slot. Call for an update- can’t give me a rough time- all the man time me was I’m the next call. Rang three times and was given the same answer across 3hs. I cannot recommend this company. Unreliable is an understatement.

Had not tried to contact me. Have now been promised between 8am- 10am tomorrow, I won’t hold my breath Unreliable, untrustworthy company
