This company is easily the worst I've ever dealt with. Simple ethernet cat 6 install, over the span of 12 bookings. I had 1 engineer provide me a quote, who was yawning through the entire conversation. 1 engineer install the cable which was limited to 100Mb. The latest engineer recrimped the cable and left all the cable cuttings on the floor maybe so my dog could eat them but actually provided the service of 1Gb. Only 3 visits out of the 12 booked were met. Their customer service don't reply and their sales team tell you to talk to their customer service who "can only aplogise". They are simply a law to their own and once they have your money test your sanity!

Richard was very good at explaining what had to be replaced. He was speedy. Very efficient.

Darell was friendly, tidy and very professional. He made a short video of what he had done putting an ariel in the roof. He seemed very knowledgeable about his area of work. Highly recommend. Company in general were very responsive and helpful.

Aman came to my premesis as sky boxes stopped working a business , hesaid your trees are the problem and never even went on the roof to check dish ! Came 26/9/2024 then had the cheek to want seventy pounds , i was not there but i wouldnt have paid him. GOT NO RECEIPT

Waited over a week for an appointment (no same day service) waited in all day and called to have it confirmed I was booked in got a call at 3pm to say they wouldn't be coming.

Nigel was polit and pleasent, did a great job, it took around 1.5hrs from arriving, quoting to completing the install, cleaned up afterwards.

Great Service!!!!!!! Pity they didn't turn up! Wasted six hours waiting, no phone call from them. They didn't know whether they covered my area initially either. Offered a derisory 10% discount on parts if any required for my trouble. Still was going to cost me £69 + vat for them to turn up! I'll not use them and never will!

Excellent service and completed to a superb standard

Rang with a job on Thursday and was told someone would be here to do the job at some point on Friday between 8am and 6pm ask if that was definite was assured it was. No one had contacted me by 12-30 and again was assured would be done. 4-30pm phone rings and unfortunately held up so best can do is sometime on Monday not offered a Saturday and I work so said Monday would have to be after 3pm to be told can't do that has to be between 8am and 6pm wouldn't use unless you have days of free time and don't really want the job done

I booked an appointment these guys never turned up and never bothered to cancel. When I rang up to complain Amber the agent said to busy to ring you to cancel if your unhappy complain to customer services ! Awful company!!

engineer did not do the work we originally asked for and convinced us to connect via an elderly set top box. The TV would not turn on after it had been turned off once. Several phone calls to Aerial Force to no effect Paid an outrageous £200 Had to have a new satellite dish installed

Only given one star as ive got to. Rang first thing thing this morning for my 92 year old mother just received a call to say running behind can they can't come today but might be able to come Friday or Saturday what a sh×× show so I said leave it they then said I cancelled.. so glad you lot not got a penny of my money. So I wouldn't recommend wasting time

Called yesterday about my ariel . The call back was so quick, and I had a repair man with in the hour asked if I wanted it fixed. I said yes, was so quick , very impressed. I highly recommend the company 10/10 and the guy who came out was really friendly

Terrible company. They charged us £160 to fit 2 aerials which is fine. This however was not done correctly by the installer, so they charged us another £85 to call someone out and ‘tune’ the TV. Avoid at all costs, even the installer said the company was ‘greedy’. Been told I can’t get a refund.

What a great service from Nigel G and his team. Punctual, professional and all round good guys. Completed my work this morning expertly. I would highly recommend their services for mounting your TV onto a wall and Ariel work. Thank you guys.
