Brilliant service- engineer arrived less than 2 hours from phoning. Engineer, Ricky St John got straight down to the job and identified the problem within minutes of arriving. Sorted the problem immediately, resulting in one very happy football fan who is lost without his SKY sports!!

Otman the engineer was great. As well as fixing a complex fault between the aerial and TV he took the time to explain how to get the best out of the TV. Exceptional service. I would certainly recommend this company.

Two gentlemen (a good description) came to my house on time to repair my TV aerials and install a Sky aerial. This was quite dangerous work and another company had previously refused to do it. Andy and Paul climbed up onto the roof through trees without complaint and carried out the repairs quickly and efficiently. They also spent some time with me and my daughter talking through what they had done to our full satisfaction. Both men were very charming and professional. I would certainly recommend them to friends and family. With thanks.

I’ve used aerial force previously and they were great however, upon recommending them to my brother (who wanted a smaller TV than the one I had done by aerial force mounting to his wall), they came round and quoted him £309 - this is after their live chat rep told him £119. Apparently the bracket they were using was £225 - for a standard, flat to wall mount. Not sure whether the mounts they’re using are gold plated or what, but that’s an absolute joke. If you’re using aerial force, be sure to ignore whatever price they list on their website/advertising.

I left a message at the weekend and got a call back early Monday morning, they quoted reasonable prices, I arranged a named engineer for Today (Thursday), Anthony turned up on time, he was personable and professional, got straight on with diagnostics and presented me with info and options. We agreed a plan and he installed a new 5G filter due to the massive interference I am getting from the local tower, sorted the problem and gave advice going forward, really decent guy and great service all round, highly recommend this company

I will never be using this company again EVER, they trapped me into a "reasonable" price to then rip me off. TLDR: 2 man job, literally 15mins to diagnose and replace a dish LNB on the roof. Total price: £380! OK, so how did we come to this? They first give me a fixed price for dish alignment for £89 + VAT and I booked an appointment based on that price. I did ask for the price of the LNB (in case it was faulty) and that was £129 + VAT. I decided to go ahead and that was clearly my mistake, I should have realised where this was going to go, as there is a massive mark up on this part. I would really like to know how much Aerialforce paid for this part. To give an idea, I found my LNB online for £30 retail, while they buy wholesale.... Anyway, the technician arrives and diagnoses no signal at the set top box but says that he can't fix the issue as now he needs a two men crew "due to new safety rules and regulations", which weren't explained to me when I booked the appointment. However the £89 + VAT charge would still stand, even though no dish alignment was actually done. All he did was plug in his meter to the set top box and confirm no signal (2 min job). I agreed to book the appointment with the other crew as I had already been charged £89 + VAT (for nothing really). The two man crew would now cost me an additional £89 + VAT. Costs are mounting... The 2 other technicians arrive, they tell me (am I surprised?) that the LNB is faulty and there is a hole in it. It may the case, but how can I trust these guys after all this? The moral of the story: AVOID AVOID AVOID. An absolute ripoff. Remember: The work lasted 15 mins, and they replaced an LNB (made of gold obviously). Total price: £380. Don't make the same mistake. EDIT: Just discovered that Aerialforce (beware, they come by other names too) have been featured in the BBC Watchdog Rogue Traders programme! Imagine how many complaints the BBC may have received to dedicate a whole programme to them. They even wrote a song for them!

Messaged for a quote in the evening, had an engineer out the morning after to survey and then get the job done straight away. Lee was very informative, experienced and helpful. The wall mounted TV is spot on! Nwenwu Shepshed

Very quick, made an appointment and all fixed same day. Ricky gave great service and even took out the extra wire, so couldn't recommend more.

Stop in all day for the engineer to install my new TV aerial never turn up I don’t recommend this company 👎👎👎

Aerialforce van in Hednesford I bet the company are proud of you. Cutting people up on junctions travelling faster than the speed limit and tail gating. If this us the caliber of employees then no thank you.

Initial contact with Aerialforce to the call centre was made easy & understandable with booking an engineer. Mitchell the engineer explained what he needed to do (in detail) gave me prices for two options explaining what I was going to buy. He then set about with his work while I left to do errands. Half an hour later the outside work was completed & Mitchell set the router & tv up ready to watch. The bill was slightly pricey BUT! if you want something doing professionally with minimal disruption I will always pay that extra. Excellent service

We contacted aerial force Stonehouse on line and within minutes we had a phone call from Amber, she said Nick will be with you within the hour, which he was. He assessed the job, new loft aerial,connection for 2 televisions and a booster. He then carried out the job, and everything was satisfactory. Good price! Would highly recommend Nick.

I booked a TV installation for my 86 year old Dad. I was promised that your engineers would visit two days in a row and they haven't. You have not bothered to make contact to update us. I am sorry you feel it is ok to waste our time.

We contacted Aerial Force on line and 30 seconds later I received a call to arrange the appointment the same day. John Robinson arrived at the time arranged and he worked out exactly what was needed. Due to the entrance not allowing the extra large ladder, John had to devise a way of positioning the aerial in an effective and unobtrusive location. He did everything very neatly and tuned in the TV fully for my 91 year old mum. Happy customers!

Very happy with the service provided. Booked on Weds (to diagnose lack of signal in new property). Engineer on site the next day and problem diagnosed and fixed. No hassle.
