Nick the engineer was very sociable, very professional, did an amazing job renewing our aerial without any fuss. Checked everything was in working order before he left. Would highly recommend this company.

I requesting a quote (yesterday) the engineer (Gary) attending my property today and installation was immediately carried out I found this service Very efficient Gary was very understanding to my needs and was very knowledgeable of the products he was also quick to problem solve Highly recommended

The day of installation, no one turned up & was told I would be first on the list the following day between 08.00 /09.00 Still no one turned up. Not a phone call to say running late, Disgusting service !! AVOID !!

The service from Mitchell (and Emre) was faultless starting with visiting to price up a quotation on Monday 16th September. Less than 24 hours later Mitchell and his able assistant Emre attended to complete the job which was done quickly, efficiently and with the utmost care. Completely recommend Aerial Force and you will be even luckier if Mitchell and Emre complete the job. Thanks both :)

Carried out the aerial diagnostics test with no problems. The engineer then stated that I needed a new Amplifier/Distribution box ( 2 in, 4 out ). Although I have cables running into the bedrooms upstairs, I said that I only needed at most a 1 in, 1 out box, as I have now have only the one TV downstairs. Despite this, the engineer proceeded to install a box with 2 inputs and 4 outputs and connect all the coax cables, even though I said I didn't need them all connecting. The charge was £129 + VAT. As I do not know much about these things, I accepted the quote as I was advised that I apparently needed this box, so I trusted him to be honest and reliable. After he left, I started having doubts about the cost of the box so I went online, to find the box he had provided for £129 +VAT could be readily obtained from local Robert Dyas, Screwfix, Homebase stores for less than £30. In fact, the one I thought I needed and had asked him for, a simple 1 in, 1 out, cost less than £20. When I rang the engineer, Wayne, to complain about the cost, he started to get aggressive towards me, saying that " I know nothing about these things, that's why I had to call out the company ". Well, yeah, that's what you do when you want a "professional" to do the job " competently " !! The next day, when the new TV arrived, the engineer setting it up stated that I didn't actually need an amplifier/distribution box at all as the signal was very strong and perfectly fine directly from the aerial. I currently have a perfectly working TV, connected to my normal aerial port. After numerous e-mails between the company ( which was, in fact, not the one I had originally contacted ) and myself, they have agreed to collect the box, but to refund me a measly £21 + VAT. I feel I have been royally ripped off and will definitely not be using them again. What's more, I have advised my landlord's management agency, who recommended them, of the issues I have had. Serious rip off on price of box and aggressive attitude from their engineer when I complained

Phoned through to book an appointment this morning Very Prompt and efficient service through to the engineer arriving Kev quickley diagnosed our old system & located all issues Gave us costing options Never felt pressured & such a pleasent guy, Very knowledgeable! Carried all the works to the highest standard It's great to get professionals when needed promptly Ask for Kev L!! 10 Stars

I took a day off work only to be called just before 5pm to be told the engineer wouldn't be able to fit me in. So, I decided to re-book for a Saturday, missing out on a day out with my family, only to be called at 11:45 to be told the engineer had called in sick. Beware, consideration for customers' time doesn't appear to be a priority for this company.

Engineer arrived very late. (Not his fault as came from a long distance). Checked system, found faults very quickly. Replaced Digital antenna and coax (about 10mts) got one socket working well. Second socket had existing cable cut, engineer wanted extra £50 to renew this. Engineer spent 2 hours at the property but total price came to a very extortionate £650!!!!!!! Not happy with price but engineer did a fairly good job.

The pricing on the website doesn't match what they say when they turn up. £140 for an aerial turns in to £475 total. Then he says, if you want bird spikes, that's an extra £70

Rang for an appointment this morning. Got a same day appointment and a curtesy call 40 minutes before the engineer was due to arrive. Gary turned up and immediately put feet coverings over his shoes. He gave a quote and carried out the job. He was well mannered, friendly and professional. A great job done and very helpful with the setup of my TV. I'd be very happy to use this company again.

If you need anything networking/cabling/internet related, I recommend requesting Kev who really knows what he's doing with data set ups. We have a fairly complicated system which he ran diagnostics on and charged a reasonable price to resolve our issue. Really nice guy to work with as well.

What an absolute RIP OFF. Not expecting to pay £82 for a 15 minute "diagnostic" visit which is not what I'd booked. Original "repair" appointment booked for Saturday rearranged to today. Fully expected to potentially have a new aerial as existing old and suffering from water damage - which is what I told the person I booked with. 2 engineers visited and on checking the loft confirmed water ingress. Advised it could be repaired, but a new aerial would be best option. On receiving varying quotes up to £100 more than advertised on the website, I said I would wait for a quote from another company I booked to also visit today. At which point I was told I needed to pay £69 +VAT for the diagnostic visit. Something that other companies don't charge anything for. I certainly wasn't expecting to pay anything to have confirmed what I already knew. I had to pay this before the engineers left - being told it would be offset against the £260 - the lowest priced quoted for a new aerial if I had the work done within 14 days, which then changed to 7 days. The engineers didn't identify themselves as Aerialforce contractors and the van had no branding/markings. When I asked one of them if they were from the other company I was expecting (to confirm) he said Yes - however it transpired when I phoned to try and defer the Aerialforce visit, these engineers were actually from Aerialforce. The 2 men were amenable enough but bickered the whole time which was somewhat unprofessional and rather off putting. I felt quite intimidated regarding having to pay £82 and was glad when they left - despite them sitting on the driveway for a further 10-15 minutes. In a subsequent phone call with "Rob" at Aerialforce to register my dissatisfaction, I was met with a passive aggressive demeanour and a patronising attitude which I found very offensive. Plenty more I could add, but suffice to say not a pleasant experience all round and £82 worse off for nothing. I suggest you avoid this company like the plague!!!

very happy with what we had done , just one little tweak tho. the man had to go upstairs in one of my bedrooms which has a cream carpet , when i went to clean up the bits i noticed there was dirt from outside in a few places on my carpet which was off his shoes. so would just like to suggest they wear shoe coverings.
