Called company and waited in for 3 days for engineer to come out and fix and no show!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! COWBOYS

United Kingdom | 12 August 2024I simply can’t understand why this company has received any positive reviews at all. To begin with, it will not commit to a time for an engineer’s visit, so you have to stay at home, or close to home, all day. For two whole days (last Friday, and today, Monday) I waited in, only to be told on both occasions that the engineer was nearing the end of his shift and wouldn’t be able to come. Two whole days! And no solution. I’m going to find a reliable, professional firm to do the work instead. Don't just take my word for it: before considering a booking, check out all the one-star reviews on this site complaining of exactly the same thing.

United Kingdom | 12 August 2024Been taken for a ride charged £90 for a engineer to tell me my sky box was naff , had a 2nd third party engineer box ok but L M B shorting out changed it all working well, did try for refund but it a stone wall all I would say stay away from aerial force and don't even think of a phone you have been worked

He helped me set up the ring app and took time to explain everything to me. He was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely use Aerialforce again. Thank you Paul

United Kingdom | 10 August 2024What a great firm. The fitter manage to find a way to fit a new aerial even though I have solar panels and lots of trees. He even tuned in my tvs after fitting the new aerial. Polite and helpful. Highly recommend.

United Kingdom | 09 August 2024An engineer came out and fixed our aerial quite efficiently, but then told me he needed to install an amplifier. Cost of the work was £329+VAT (not including the original £69+VAT call-out fee). After he left, I discovered that the TVs worked equally well with or without the equipment. I called to complain and return the equipment, but they said their engineer would have to visit to assess whether the equipment improved the signal or not, for which we would have to pay another call-out fee, and we would only be able to return the equipment if the engineer agreed that it was unnecessary. Also, we would not get the full refund for the equipment because they could no longer sell it as new. So they said it probably was not worth returning the equipment. I did not agree to this coercion and told them I would send the equipment back to them for a refund. In the end I got £130 back but not without a real fight. Use this company with caution. I'm giving them 2 stars rather than 1 because the original problem was fixed efficiently and because I did get a refund, albeit I was still charged far more than necessary for a simple job.

United Kingdom | 08 August 2024Issue with house aerial, called company, Scot arrived promptly, diagnosed the fault, gave us lots of different options, he was very helpful and informative for future proofing our needs. On arriving at a decision Scot sorted the problem in a clean, efficient manner. Will have him back to install future equipment. Price very competitive. Highly recommend Scot for all your cctv, aerial, satalite needs.
