Gary was very professional. He adjusted our ariel and put a new Coax into our extension. He worked quickly and cleanly and did an excellent job. Would recommend him and the company.

Two appointments made for a survey for CCTV installation. They can come between 9 & 18.00hrs.they give half hour notice. Didn’t turn up on either occasion. Two days wasted. That’s before I’d parted with my money.

I simply can’t understand why this company has received any positive reviews at all. To begin with, it will not commit to a time for an engineer’s visit, so you have to stay at home, or close to home, all day. For two whole days (last Friday, and today, Monday) I waited in, only to be told on both occasions that the engineer was nearing the end of his shift and wouldn’t be able to come. Two whole days! And no solution. I’m going to find a reliable, professional firm to do the work instead. Don't just take my word for it: before considering a booking, check out all the one-star reviews on this site complaining of exactly the same thing.

Been taken for a ride charged £90 for a engineer to tell me my sky box was naff , had a 2nd third party engineer box ok but L M B shorting out changed it all working well, did try for refund but it a stone wall all I would say stay away from aerial force and don't even think of a phone you have been worked

I rang at 9am to enquire about having a ring doorbell installed and by 2pm the job was completed. Paul Lappin talked me through the process and fitted the door bell. He helped me set up the ring app and took time to explain everything to me. He was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely use Aerialforce again. Thank you Paul

What a great firm. The fitter manage to find a way to fit a new aerial even though I have solar panels and lots of trees. He even tuned in my tvs after fitting the new aerial. Polite and helpful. Highly recommend.

TERRIBLE UNRELIABLE SERVICE. I've had the engineer cancel 2 days in a row now - the first day they called me at the end of the day - the 2nd day I called them at 4.30 to find out they weren't coming again.

Excellent service… Scot, the engineer was on time, informative and so nice. He helped my parents with exactly what they needed and he went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

An engineer came out and fixed our aerial quite efficiently, but then told me he needed to install an amplifier. Cost of the work was £329+VAT (not including the original £69+VAT call-out fee). After he left, I discovered that the TVs worked equally well with or without the equipment. I called to complain and return the equipment, but they said their engineer would have to visit to assess whether the equipment improved the signal or not, for which we would have to pay another call-out fee, and we would only be able to return the equipment if the engineer agreed that it was unnecessary. Also, we would not get the full refund for the equipment because they could no longer sell it as new. So they said it probably was not worth returning the equipment. I did not agree to this coercion and told them I would send the equipment back to them for a refund. In the end I got £130 back but not without a real fight. Use this company with caution. I'm giving them 2 stars rather than 1 because the original problem was fixed efficiently and because I did get a refund, albeit I was still charged far more than necessary for a simple job.

Made two appointments and didn't turn up to either. First one was cancelled 15 minutes before end of day. Second appointment, never even heard from anyone. Shocking service.

Issue with house aerial, called company, Scot arrived promptly, diagnosed the fault, gave us lots of different options, he was very helpful and informative for future proofing our needs. On arriving at a decision Scot sorted the problem in a clean, efficient manner. Will have him back to install future equipment. Price very competitive. Highly recommend Scot for all your cctv, aerial, satalite needs.

Engineer P Lappin was absolutely brilliant. Punctual and very professional. Set everything up for us, cannot recommend highly enough!

Booked an engineer for last Friday. Didn't show. Rescheduled for Monday. Didn't show. They called me on Tuesday and said an engineer will be there in 20 minutes. Didn't show! Won't be using these guys again.
