A bit out of the way but service was very good

Recommended to them by girlfriend, been a few times. Don't feel like your being had at all which is reason I went there from old garage I used to use. Had some big jobs done on my vw golf and always happy with car when work complete. Also car gets washed vacc'ed etc as part of service, and good corolla courtesy car if you need. Deffo recommend!

I took my car for its annual MOT and the staff are all professional and polite.I love the reminder every year and it comes with a money off vouchers and to top it off they wash your car for you after the work is done this is the best garage in Huddersfield

From the outset the service was efficient and friendly. No waiting for a date, next day service, and when I dropped my car off earlier than the time stipulated it was not a problem. First class service and I would recommend this garage to anyone. Many thanks.

Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and friendly. My repair was quick and easy, and well priced. This is especially since it included a valet inside and out for free. Even when I get an expensive service at Peugeot I don't get any valet included, so I was very impressed with Fivestar Autocentre

Friendly and efficient service

I am very happy with the service I recieved at Five Star, staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. They are great at accommodating loyal customers and I will be back for my MOT and service next year.

I was very impressed with Five Star Autocentres recent MOT and service. Whilst their literature perhaps overstates the amount of money to be saved with them, they do genuinely save you something in excess of 30% of the bill in comparison to the main dealer (this will vary from dealer to dealer of course) by offering free MOT's with a gold service, doing most of the work a little cheaper and providing free extras like a valet (which as a busy dad . They communicate very thoroughly and personably with you about the needs of your car and respond precisely to your requests. They also give clear advice about what will need attention in the near future and have even costed this for me so that I can budget for this work to be done at a later date. A big thumbs up.

Turned up on time and found the garage ready to take my car. I also had the job done within a highly acceptable time. Found their knowledge to be of a high standard.

Friday night, needing somewhere fast to do my MOT that was also hopefully open Saturday afternoons. Found Five Star Autocentre online with a next day appointment! - bonus! You can book online - bonus! Extremely reasonable MOT fee - bonus! There was a £5 off voucher online - bon....... hmm, is all this too good to be true? So I travelled a long way, up hills and over dales (and the M1) to bring my neglected looking car for it's yearly check up, not knowing what to expect and...... I really, really wish they were located near me. Fabulous service, with very welcoming friendly staff. (I get the impression that this is certainly a garage that you could put your complete trust in) When I came to pay, the manager said they had washed and vacuumed it for me....I laughed, thinking it was a little joke about the state of my car; but no, astonishingly, they really had done it! There it was, all shiny and clean. Well worth the drive; I would highly recommend this garage to anyone. People of Huddersfield, you have a gem, look after it (and no one can believe you cleaned my car, Cheers!)

Fast, friendly, reliable, and reasonably priced, won't be going anywhere else

Well took my eight yr old berlingo van to these guys for the gold service last week & WOW what a difference its made!!,I actually called them the next day to ask what they'ed done to it?, It honestly has never run better its so smooth & responsive & they valeted it as well! I also own a 2yr old Audi A5 & the service i received from five star autos far surpasses my local Audi dealership!! Keep up the good work guys,Will defo be seeing me again!!

Excellent service, would recommend them and would certainly use them again. Also washed and valeted the car which was a pleasant surprise !!

The service was generally spot on. They got to work very quickly and let me know of additional item I could do with changing. They even gave the car a quick wash and vac despite it snowing heavily all day. I would have given 5 stars but the only grumbles were a rather pricey cabin filter and no printout for the wheel alignment. Overall one of the better service garages I have gone to with great, friendly communication and speedy work.

I came here following a recommendation and once I'd checked out reviews, after being "stung" by another garage for repair work on my Audi. Cannot fault the time and effort they spent on my car and it is now running like a dream after a Gold Service and the convertable roof works..... without the need to spend £300 as I had been advised by another garage!! Added to that, the car was valetted inside and out at no extra cost. Alison, you have a great team of guys there. I was thinking of selling the car, but may now hang on to it :)

This is the first time I've used 5 Star for a car service. They were up front about what was included in the bronze service and what wasn't, so I could make my choice. I chose the basic oil change which was done expediently plus other service checks and with a full car valet. Great value and I would recommend.
