1st time I've used this garage, Ineeded my air con fixing quickly. Kwikfit had said that there was a leak when filling the system. No leak was found, the system needed purging of water vapour. Clear explanation of what caused the problem and how it was fixed

Does what it says on the tin. No drama, no mechanics telling me I need this and that doing. Just fixed what needed fixing. Air con now down to a chilly 3 degree. If my fridge ever packs up, I know where to put my beers.

Not used this garage before. I needed my air conditioning recharged and their price was very reasonable. The work was completed on time, full report on what they had done was given. My car was also washed and vale tied for free! So I think I will use them again.

I've used these guys before and am happy to continue using them. Very professional. Don't do any work without consulting you first. Work done in a timely manner as promised. They are a little pricey but I suppose you get what you pay for. I for one am happy to pay a little bit extra if it gives me the peace of mind that my car has been looked after properly!

Lost power coming over the hill from Lancashire. Rolled off at M62,Jn24. Nice RAC man diagnosed turbo failure and recomended Five Star as an approved repairer. Towed car to their workshop. Greeted pleasantly by staff. Made sure I was seated before telling me the cost. Said they could fix it within 24 hours. Rang me the following afternoon to say it was ready. Arranged to pick it up. They had even washed and valeted it. Impressive service, n'est pas, as they say in Yorkshire.(only since Le Tour passed through)

Problem was identified very quickly whilst I was waiting and I was given the quote within a reasonable time. I was able to leave my car and was contacted in a very reasonable time to say that it was ready for collection. Very friendly team. Very pleased with the service received. Although very busy ( a good sign in itself) staff were helpful friendly and courteous, the work went exactly as planned, the cost was exactly as quoted, and everything is fine. A good job, well done, and at a competitive price. I will definitely use them again.

Booked at short notice helpful desk staff noted my requirements sorted a loan car and explained all the options. Took the car in at 9am signed the paperwork and as I drove away in the loan car my Land rover was being driven into the service bay not as with some garages where they have not done that two hours or so after you have dropped it off. Rang an hour later to explain I needed front brake pads and gave me the price (very reasonable) and at 2pm text to confirm the car was ready to pick up fully valeted. GREAT service. I have used them now for 3 mots brilliant honest service first time in years where i take my car and know that if there is any work needs doing its because it needs doing not because the garage wants to do it for a bigger bill
