Brought my car down for break pads fitting, the car was looked at in no time and i was advised the discs would need doing as they were below the legal limit. I wanted to source the parts myself which 5 star were very accommodating with and the work was carried out to a high level. The car being valeted was an extra bonus! They even used polish to get out some of the scratches and resin on the paintwork - now that's what i call service!

Excellent service, professionally carried out at a very reasonable rate. I will be taking my car to them again for its next service/MOT.

Marred by only one thing which was two small oil stains on the drivers seat and seat back. These have now been removed with a steam cleaner. Prices very good and service otherwise excellent. Alison is great at making a new customer feel welcome and valued.

I found 5 star auto on Google, i have used several garages in Huddersfield but these guys are the most helpfull I've used to date. I would not hesitate to use again or recommend to a friend !!!

Recently had an expensive quote for a 13 year old car for an MOT through Five Star and thought I'd have to scrap it. However recognised it wasn't worth doing and got back in touch. They managed to find me £100 saving on parts and labour, had the work done in a day and were really friendly and professional. Made a painful situation a lot better and car has been grand since. Think I have found a regular garage. Cheers

My car (BMW 320) has had a MOT and Service in addition to some technical issues. Had no delays in arranging an appointment with receptionists who were attentive. Car was completed timely and was valeted and washed which was a bonus. The cost of parts and labour was discussed prior to any completion which came with a 12 month guarantee. As a part needed attention which was previously fitted by them less than 12 months ago; this was repaired in line with their warranty. So couldn't complain. Would use them again and found them to be trust worthy and reliable. Thanks

Really appreciate the care they have shown me and my car. I find them approachable, eager to find economical solutions and when I've had to return the car due to a problem after it was worked on they have rectified the problem without any cost to me. I don't feel any other garage I've used previously would have acted that way. They go the extra mile and I trust them.

I had a gold service. The work done seems fine. The A/C is nice and cold as well after a service. Excessive charge for parts. I realised later I had been charged double price for some parts. Several wholesalers told me the price later when I contacted them. Given the wrong key back when collecting my car, so I was there 5 minutes trying to work out why my car wouldn't start or accept the 'identical looking' key. I thought the immobiliser had become faulty. Also the cars mileage entered onto my cars service manual was out by 2000 miles. They entered the correct mileage onto the service manual provided by themselves. So won't look good when I come to sell the car. I can't even alter it as that will look worse.

I've used five star several times now, and cannot fault the customer service I receive, as well as the honestly priced services and repairs. I've experienced many garages over the years, and never been truly happy with any until five star. I can recommend them highly.

Have used for 2 years because of special offers through post for MOTs + Air Con. Refills with added bonus of free Valet. Always polite, extremely informative + helpful info. Re: regular maintenance for car etc. Only do what is required which is extremely important being a female that also knows about car maintenance. Would recommend to friends and will use regularly.

It was re-assuring to feel that a through and detailed assessment of my cars mechanical problems had been carried out; and I appreciated the advise provided. I intend to use the garage again because of this experience; it is a relief to find a garage that does not seem to be exaggerating problems or the work involved to rectify faults . I am giving 4 stars instead of five only because of my limited involvement.

Was early for my m.o.t but was seen virtually straight away. Tester was thorough and professional and although my car passed he pointed out a problem that needed to be rectified at a future date.

I found five star autocentre professional, organized and there workshop was clean.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good communication. Explained fully all works that needed doing.

I was put at ease about the work that needed to be done and given options on how it could be carried out. I was kept informed via text and phone and effort was made to make sure I had my car back as soon as it was possible. As it was the end of the day when the work was done, there wasn't time for the usual courtesy clean, but an offer was made for me to have it cleaned at a later date. An overall excellent service.
