Hate garages but these guys provided a first class service. Will use again .

I have used Five Star 3 times and have had good service from them.Efficient and responsive communication and cheaper than franchised dealers,eg over £100 cheaper for timing belt than Audi dealer.

After enquiring by email one evening, I received an email and phone call the next day from the manager David who was very friendly and thoroughly explained what options were available. I was then booked in for the following week and dropped my car off in the morning before work. I was greeted by another very friendly and helpful man who went through some details with me which only took a few minutes. I then picked my car up after work and was taken through the aspects of the service by David and the other gentleman ( can't remember his name) explained about an advisory in detail and said they would text me nearer the time so they could look at it. They even washed and vacced my car too! I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to friends and family. Extremely happy with the service and what they did to my car! Thank you

I had my car booked in for an oil change. The premises were very clean and tidy and the staff very good. I had the feeling that you wouldnt get ripped off like some other garages I had been to in the past. On collecting my car I found that they had fully valleted my vehicle and washed it free of charge as part of the service. Highly recommended.

They do a great job, keep you informed all the way through the work and then present the car well after by giving it a good clean. Great service.

First time there will be going back they tell you if you need anything doing while servicing your car they don't try to get more out of you always keeping you up to date

Took my car for its mot on Saturday, as ever the guys phoned before just to remind me that I was due to go down, when I got there the receptionist had a chat and told me exactly how long the mot would take. It took exactly the time they said and when I returned every one at the garage were very friendly and to cap off a good day my car passed. I have used 5 Star for a couple of years now, and they have always been extremely helpful, so when my car developed problems a couple of weeks ago I took it straight to 5 Star. The problem was identified and the parts shown to me and explained so I knew what the problems were, and how they had arisen. I had a service and MOT done at the same time, and after they had finished the car was once again perfect! Unfortunately after a week of the work being completed the car developed another problem, and after the money spent the previous week I was rather worried! The team at 5 Star located the problem, and as it was a smaller job that required no new parts they completed the work free of charge. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you have any problems with your car, need a service or an MOT, 5 Star are the garage to use! Very friendly and understanding team, good value and after using them a number of times in the past few years, I can say extremely trustworthy.

Booked online for an mot, I was rung before as a reminder before my allotted time, car booked in efficiently and I was called again to collect, given appropriate advice, no hard sell just friendly, efficient and MOT for a great price. I would definitely recommend and I will visit again

My car was booked in for a MOT and a full service. I was kept posted of the work that was required and given full details of the job. I was very pleased with Five Star who I found fast and sufficient. The car came back in sparkling condition it was given a good clean and wash!!! I know where I will be going from now! On!
