Easy to book, clear pricing, good courtesy car, excellent communication, professional inspection, and cheaper than a dealer service which if your out of warranty is ideal. Depending on your cars age and mileage, you'd of probably gone for a cheaper service but the gold included free MOT so it kind of balanced it out, plus a free valet which I have to say was exceptional and I've had main dealers charge through the roof and not even bothered to valet after a service even when requested. This will always make a customer happy even if extras have had to of been carried out increasing the cost, due to the inspection.

A fully comprehensive service, fitted a substantial amount of work into a short period of time, fair pricing, friendly service would reccomend to anyone.

The receptionist is friendly, the manager is friendly and helpful. You are kept in touch with progress on work and given a quote for any work that needs to be done. The mechanics found a fault that had been caused by another garage and put it right. I will definitely go to Five Star for any future work, servicing and MOT.

The service I received from David and his team from start to finish was outstanding. David gave me a next day appointment for an MOT, windscreen wiper replacement and a service. They rang me before carrying out any extra work on my car to a) inform me what was wrong b) confirm whether I wanted the extra work carrying out and c) to give me a breakdown of the costs for the extra work. They explained what they needed to do and told me honestly whether things were able to wait or not. The left the decisions up to me, unlike other places I've dealt with. The prices are very reasonable. I found David and his team to be very friendly, helpful and polite - David even helped me in and out with my double pram, nothing was a bother. It was the first time I have used the Five Star Autocenter and it certainly won't be my last. I would recommend them to anyone!

This company is fantastic. They saved me a fortune over the main dealer. They also did the ecu settings to tally up with the paper records. I've always done my own service because I trust no one. I Trust this company and highly recommend them

Couldn't ask for a better service . Left the vehicle for a silver service knowing wat else was wrong with the van and they picked the faults up and rang me with a very competitive quote. After everything was agreed they carried the work out and then rang me to say everything was finished and I could collect the vehicle. I couldn't make it back in time so they locked it up in the premises till the morning when I could pick it up all gleaming inside and out Fantastic

Will continue to use this garage time and time again. From phoning to book my cairn to collecting my car the service was perfect. I was kept informed with what was happening with my car the whole way, and didn't have to wait too long to collect it. All the service and MOT was explained to me when I collected the paperwork too. I liked it also that I was able to go into an office rather than having to go into the garage environment, brilliant service as I have said, and highly recommend this garage

My dip headlight bulbs had blown and I needed them replaced quickly. I called into Five Star and they fitted me in immediately. Within a few moments I was back on the road again and not too much out of pocket either. The office and premises were tidy and neat and the receptionist friendly and helpful. This is the 2nd time I have used 5 star auto garage, the service was 2nd to none, very friendly staff, and I must say as a women who doesn't know a great deal mechanically about cars from what I witnessed whilst I waited for my car to have an mot your staff made all the customers in the garage and also on the phone feel very welcome, there was no pushy sales tactics going on, which I have seen in other garages I have used in the past. I will be back to use 5 star auto garage again and I will be recommending 5 star auto to my friends and work colleagues.

5 star was recommended by a freind, the online booking system was excellent, full costings shown for the sevice required. On arrival all prebooked information was available - on time my car was taken into the workshop for the work to be completed, the waiting arear was clean and comfortable and a drink was provided. The work was completed on time to full satisfaction I would recommend 5 star for all aspects of the motor repair trade.
