I booked 2 coaches. After clearing up some confusion over whether we could use the toilet facilities, (we had requested at time of booking) both drivers were punctual, polite and professional. Will definitely use the company again.

The actual bus and journey was amazing...the driver considerate and mindful. You ask why only 5 stars then...well the actual booking of the bus was a bit of a nightmare, here's why - went online requested a number of quotes and the difference in quotes was huge, some £215 but I didn't go for the cheapest as I worry why they are so cheap so went next one up. Sent my response I accept their quote and paid them the money to their bank account some days later. THEN a few days AFTER paying I get a call to say they quoted me wrong and the new price is £75 more!!!!! No way I said especially after I've already paid you, you should honour your price, I was told they would take it to management but finally replied some days!! later saying they cannot and will be refunding my money in 3-5 days time. 7 business day later no money and they are not replying to my emails (sent to 2 different people and neither replied!) or my voicemail messages, starting to think I've sent money to a 'hookey' company, BUT 3 days after that (so 10days roughly after they said they were going to refund me) they call and said they would honour the initial quote!!! This was now less than a week before our event and I was stress enough so to say they didn't help with my anxiety at the time is an understatement. To be honest I've been in the business of pricing for a very long time and I've always had to take 'the hit' if my pricing was wrong, especially went the client has accepted your price!!

Booking made months in advance as I was assured it was necessary to secure a vehicle in peak season. Turns out it was never booked by Coachhire so they cancelled at short notice without a phone call and without a suitable solution. No compensation offered. No empathy of the situation they left me to arrange other transport for 25 people not to mention being in breach of the standard terms and conditions which state they only take bookings when vehicles are available. Not impressed and won't be using them again.

Hi, The bus we got down to Newcastle was top notch! Reclining leather chairs, tables, fridge toilet, and loads of leg room (im 6.4 so that was ideal!!) The driver was also spot on! Great start to the stag do. On the way back It was a different bus that picked us up, wasn't as nice as the first and not enough leg room for me. Driver was sound, as he took us earlier that we had agreed. So all in all was very good, and very easy to organise! Mike

easy to use booking form but need to have some idea of price per hour for tours
