Easy transaction, looked after our guests excellently

Paid a lot of money for a minibus for 12 people from Northumberland to Skegness's, where we were cramped (all cases inside the mini bus) it wasn't very clean either. Drivers were great though. I think the company that got the job from Coach Hire made the most money they could by giving us crappy vehicles. I was expecting a boot for luggage.

Totally successful - coach was clean, modern and luxurious - driver was pleasant, helpful and drove well - pick-ups were at the correct place and in good time.

Used this for my wedding, they turned up on time and everyone had a really enjoyable journey through busy central London, from Camden Town to Canary Wharf on a Saturday afternoon.

Coach arrived on time ( early) and had everyone at the wedding venue on time. Only let down is the coach driver looked really scruffy. I had to tell him to pull his flies up for gods sake. If you’re hiring an executive coach, you’d expect the driver to dress smart.

The driver fly tipped all empty and smashed bottles at drop off point have pictures to prove it. Alcohol went missing and he was swerving on the motorway, we suspected he had been drink driving

Coach hire were fantastic to work with, particularly Lee Hunt, who was a total star and made the process incredibly easy! The coach arrived in good time, and everything went very smoothly. Will definitely use again. Also huge thanks to Greg, our driver.

Beautiful coach and well mannered staff. I wasn't located a driver the day before/morning of my wedding. HOWEVER, a superb chap named Martin dealt and responded within 2minutes of my concern. 100% utilise them again- as this was an external not an internal issue.

Our driver arrived early on both pick up and drop off and was extremely polite and accommodating (when requesting an alteration to the drop off time on our event night)! Great service!

The buses and drivers were great although I had to phone coach hire a few times to confirm where driver would be at station on the outgoing journey. After several phonecalls and concerns that the driver was not responding to any contact we were issued with a new coach and driver (Derek ) who was super. Two buses on return both clean and efficient but again I had to make the contact for pick up point as it was neither emailed or text to me.

Great driver, only condition of minibus was wanting as we had to use rear doors only for access/exit sliding side door wasn't working. Victor C

The coach driver was very nice, the coach very clean and he arrived 30 minutes before departure so we were on time. We were also provided with a very good and well appreciated quote!! Nevertheless, I was given the wrong number of the driver and could not get in touch with anyone as it was Saturday and their offices were closed. Also, the company calculated the time of the trip wrong and we were late by 30 minutes in our way there, and by 2 hours on the way back. Everyone was helpful and nice, but logistically, things could have been improved

Our whole experience with Coachhire has been a shambles. Firstly, we were promised executive coaches which were cancelled without informing us. I was up to me to contact them some 3 months afterwards for them to tell me that my original quote was incorrect and was charged a further £200 for each coach. The sales team will tell you what you want to hear just to get a booking. Secondly, the coaches provided were of very poor standard as if they were school buses, they were old, smelly, uncomfortable and quite frankly embarrassing. Thirdly, on the way back, the side compartment of one of the coaches was open along the motorway, and as a result valuable possessions were lost and nothing is being done about it. Fourthly, one of the drivers was on shift for more than 12 hours at one time. Clearly, this is practice is permitted within the company. This has all been reported and we have had no positive response at all. Greatly disappointing.

The company offerings were clear and they were prepared to be flexible. The driver was very polite and helpful and even tolerated us turning up slightly late for the return journey.

The bus arrived an hour late which nearly jeopardized the start of the wedding. The driver didn't even call to say he will be late even though I called early in the morning to confirm his route. Then came in an hour early to pick the gusts up and even after showing him confirmation email with different time he was adamant that his time received from the employer is correct and he can't wait and will leave without people.
