Excellent service. The bus was on time, the driver friendly and helpful. The bus itself was clean and tidy and 'fit for purpose'.

Can't recommend them highly enough! Everything from the initial quote up until the event was a smooth transition. Or driver was so friendly and nothing was an issue (even on a bus filled with singing adults!) they even did the bus up to say 'wedding party' for us and were very accommodating with extra drop offs. I would definitely use again!

Everything was bang on. Everytime I called i got straight through and supported and the driver was well presented, good attitude, flexible and helpful. Adam. The minibus was a bit worse for wear to be honest but did the job and everyone was happy. Great trip.

Fab service provided by Fran and the mini bus drivers, we had a tricky route we needed to follow for observations and the team were most accommodating.

The driver was very accommodating and friendly. However the coach was below standard dirty and shabby with dust and musty scent. The worst for the price we paid. I was quite disappointed overall. Not sure I would use again.

Although overall I was happy and we got from point A to B, I did specify I wanted one mini coach, two mini buses turned up and they were fine as we were a stag group and the drivers were good! But had it been for a wedding or higher function I would not as been as pleased. But they were reliable and the drivers we had were good!

I ordered a 70 seater and requested the vehicle to be at least 5 years old. This was confirmed and I was informed all vehicles are very up to date. When the vehicle arrived it wasn't even a double decker but a coach used for taking children on outings having 2 seats on one side and 3 on the other. It looked very old looking and had no radio for a 3 hour journey.

Good service, always replying to the emails fast, good quality of coaches, good prices! I would recommend Coach Hire. 5*

Dear in customer service I hope that you are doing well I got the account team email and I tried to email them but I can't. My name is Abdulaziz and I booked through your office bus with Mr James, he told me the total amount is 6000 pound and I paid the amount and accidentally paid extra 1025 pound. for my trips from 10th till 25th. my complaints about: 1. In first day at the airport there is no bus and we been waiting at the airport from 10:30 till 4:30 pm and the driver told us to come to pleat number 20 and he was not there and we asked the transport officer there if seen the driver or if he can find him via his radio, unfortunately, we lost it and we found our way to hotel. 2.In 14th we booked the bus to pick up us back at 6:00 pm and the driver told us he not going to wait for us till 6 he will pick up us at 5 and we follow him and met him at 5 pm. 3.In 15th we booked the bus and I called them before to make sure it is booked and they told us it is not booked because we haven’t paid !!!. and one of the staff told me the bus breaks down!!! 4.I logged to my account on your website and I found most of my trips notes as not paid. Which I paid all the amount (I think it is disorganisations between them departments as it is unlocated the pai with the accounting department). 5.When I checked all my trips on your website I found some of trips booked double (622861 – 622793) and (621358 – 621355). 6.In 15th I asked one of the staff about my balance and he told me I got 2400 pound extra. 7. Today James told me I need to pay extra because the price is increased. 8. For last 5 days, I tried to contact Mr James but I reach him one of twenty calls within his direct landline. 9. As I told him via phone and the email we want all pick up (starting time) at 10:30 am for must of trips and the drivers keep coming at 9:30 am. 10. we have not got the bus for 19th ( 621351) and it is shown in My Quote on your page with paid of 500 pounds. socan you help me to understand where are the mistakes, Please

Finally, I found a responsible company. Their support in critical moments was a relief. Also, the drivers were so helpful and patient with our groups! As a customer, I am very happy with the service, support and attention all the time.
