The staff I spoke with responded to my queries accurately and were following up until I got the refund. Frequent updates provided to me during the process.

When our flights were cancelled by the airline communication was excellent and full refund received within a couple of weeks. Flysharp have humans n their customer service which is fantastic as I've been dealing with other companies where its impossible to speak to anyone. I will definitely be booking with Flysharp again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

United Kingdom | 21 August 2020We have seen many companies coming up like mushrooms, build up some reputation and finally cheating the customer absconding with their money. These fraud companies sell the ticket, issue it but do not pay the airline (airlines give them credit), then without the customer's knowledge cancels the ticket and run away with their money. For me this is the first time dealing with Fly Sharp. I bought the ticket online 8 months ago and did not have any problem, but unfortunately due to the current pandemic the flight got cancelled. Fly Sharp promptly refunded the FULL amount when they received the money from the airline. I know few friends who went through some other agencies and these agencies tried to take £75 per ticket as admin fees when the ticket got cancelled. They had to complain to ATOL or Credit Card companies for getting their money back. This is where Fly Sharp stands apart. I will use them in the future. Thanks. S Jackson, London

United Kingdom | 20 August 2020Our flight was cancelled by them without our input leaving us stranded in Australia during the covid pandemic. They told us our flight had been cancelled by the airline. Which was untrue as we were at the airport when it took off without us to the uk. We tried to contact flysharp several times and family and friends in the uk tried also to no avail. We had to find our own flight home costing us considerably more that our original flights. On return we managed to contact them, they were rude and unhelpful calming the airline cancelled. When my husband told them he was applying to the airline for a flight cancellation certificate they changed there initial statement about who cancelled our flight. He was all a very stressful time made doubly worse by poor customer relations. Would never recommend this company to anyone

United Kingdom | 15 August 2020DO NOT BOOK WITH FLYSHARP. I booked a trip to Las Vegas for my fiancé and I, which was cancelled last minute due to COVID-19. Trying to speak to someone was a nightmare, I was lied to on a number of occasions about a refund, and when I eventually got my money back, they had tried to refund me less than I had paid. Entirely unhelpful, incredibly rude and not worth it at all. I really regret booking through them and can safely say I will never go near them again.

Thanks to the hard working staff of Fly Sharp I was kept informed and up to date with my rights and given a full refund. I will be using this company again as I found their staff to be quite approachable, understanding and very concious of my plight. I would have given them 10 stars if I could! Fantastic service even if I didnt get to go where I wanted to!
