United Kingdom | 05 August 2020It is difficult times for everyone no doubt and FlySharp were very supportive and seemed to understand customer expectations. My flight to MAA via GulfAir was cancelled by the Airline. FlySharp managed to get my refund in full without charging any administration fee. This was in complete contrast to mytrip.com charging an admin fee of £40+ GBP and also justifying their actions for exactly the same flight for one other ticket purchased for the family. I will definitely use FlySharp in the future. Thanks for being not 'greedy'. Please continue to maintain such valued customer relations in the future. Wishing you all the best and I will be very happy to do business with you and also recommend friends and family. The COVID19 pandemic has certainly highlighted the best and worst in society.

United Kingdom | 05 August 2020Unfortunately Covid-19 meant my return flights to Nairobi were cancelled. The person I spoke to on the phone was very polite and helpful. As advised I emailed to request a refund & received a prompt informative reply. My refund was paid in full within the time I had been advised. I had never heard of this company & in fact phoned to verify they were legitimate. I have no hesitation in recommending Fly Sharp.

United Kingdom | 04 August 2020absolutely superb. flight booked through flysharp was cancelled by the airline westjet. flysharp were proactive and contacted me as soon as the flight was cancelled and told me that I was entitled to vouchers or a refund. I opted for the latter and the refund was made to my credit card within 3 days. such outstanding service encourages loyalty and myself and my family will use flysharp again as a result of this if only other agencies were as proactive, prompt and efficient as flysharp!

United Kingdom | 04 August 2020Ref SSMPNA Flysharp is still claiming after several phone calls and emails that they have not received my refund when one of their colleague and swiss airlines has told me that my refund has been released.This travel agency is not trustworthy and should be reported to ABTA.Still waiting a call from manager.

United Kingdom | 04 August 2020My calls were answered within 20 seconds. The staff at Fly Sharp were always very polite and very helpful. I was always kept up to date with the progress of my travel arrangements, and when covid-19 cancelled my flight a refund was given. Fly Sharp informed me of the refund process and that it would take a few weeks to get my refund for me. Everything went to plan thanks to the hard work by the staff at Fly-Sharp in spite of the massive work load that they were put under. A very big THANK YOU to you all at Fly Sharp!!

United Kingdom | 01 August 2020My flight was cancelled. 1 month later I am still waiting for a refund of £2000. FlySharp are full of empty excuses and delays. They tell me that they have lodged an application with the airline and I should check back in 3 weeks. But that is their problem - they should refund straight away.

United Kingdom | 28 July 2020Poor customer service on calling 3 agents - Laks, Sultan and Shika. 2 disconnected calls from the last two reps. I wanted proof they have requested a refund on my behalf for my trip in late august. There were different responses, proof of refund request will come in 24hours or 30 days?. They could not put me through to a duty manager as unavailable. The previous reviews all seem similar about delays in refunds to customers or not at all. I am considering taking this forward with my travel insurance company and credit card company if Flysharp do not respond in writing with an adequate response.

Contacted Malaysia Airlines to enquire about our flight details where they explained that they provided a refund to FlySharp. FlySharp has then stated that they were only offering a credit voucher (Invoice 4416921). However, other customers have been receiving refunds from FlySharp and other brokers. I believe this is very unfair and we have been treated poorly by their customer service team. We tried looking at rebooking flights but the prices are ridiculously high and inconvenient for our current financial circumstance, yet convenient for FlySharp - ludicrously higher prices compared to the actual airline's service prices? Can I get contacted at your earliest convenience to resolve this issue? [Edit] I am not going to edit my previous review, but I have edited the rating. Due to recent changes in the policy for FlySharp, we have received our refund promptly and immediately when requested for it. Their customer service team was much faster and better than before, I am unsure if anything in the company has changed but I have definitely gained more faith in booking under FlySharp.

United Kingdom | 22 July 2020As per my previous reviews I have proved to FLYSHARP via documentation from my solicitor that VIRGIN Airways refunded FLYSHARP in February and still no refund from FLYSHARP only more lies and excuses ! Really looking forward to the Court date !

United Kingdom | 20 July 2020Still no refund 8 weeks later, I understand that is a bad time for everyone due to the COVID, however I tried to cancel my ticket since April/May time (when the government had announced that we couldn't travel only for emergencies), but even so Fly sharp made me wait till first week of Jun to claim the refund (which I can understand).. I requested it invoice (4468759) and they gave me a max of 6 weeks for the full refund.. now has been 8 weeks since I called them for the refund in Jun. Have contacted FlySharp several times to request the refund and after 6 weeks they asked for 2 more weeks... and nothing. They have lovely staff however I need my full refund back, it is not fair. So disappointed and frustrated with it

United Kingdom | 17 July 2020Terrible. No refund. After making my original request for a refund on March 19th it has now been almost 4 months and still no refund in sight!! I have patiently waited after numerous email exchanges and telephone calls to convince this company to do the right thing and give me the refund I am legally entitled to. I have had to push for any useful information as FlySharp have not been forthcoming with any help whatsoever. I was told to contact the airline instead (BA). Extremely unhelpful and I am still waiting. Only thing left to do now is report this awful company and use the credit/debit card charge back service. Will never use this company again!
