Excellent customer service, really helpful and understanding

Always quick to respond when you have an issue or a question. Always friendly and helpful whether you’re in the studio or not. Studios are always decent and only ever had one situation where I couldn’t use the studio for a technical reason.

Ive had issues in a couple of sessions at Pirate at 2 of their locations. I believe the amount of people that come and out of the facilities is bound to cause technical issues. However, Pirate’s customer services is superb. They have given me credit back into my Pirate account both times, and reply to queries as quick as lightning.

Sadly, I had to cancel my booking at Pirate Studio and it was at a short notice. I got an answer very fast and was refunded. I am really satisfied and with the professionalism of Pirate Studio

I couldn't get into the studio, but a representative named Jack helped me and even gave us the 20 minutes we lost out on. And when leaving, the doorknob popped off the door and another representative named Amanda assisted me and let maintenance know. Overall, they were wonderful representatives, they were small interactions but I appreciate how friendly they were.

We have been using Pirate Studios for band rehearsals for many years - Great studios, so easy to book, and fantastic customer service - always very prompt/helpful if you need to contact them with queries. Would definitely recommend.
