Having been unfortunate enough to book 2 x sessions and then receiving a £20 credit the following day to celebrate Pirate’s 6th Birthday, I thought I may have simply been a victim of bad timing. However using their live chat service, I dealt with Laurence who kindly honoured the credit by applying it to my sessions all within a few minutes. Really professional and efficient service, Thanks to Laurence for his excellent handling of the situation 🏴‍☠️😎👌🏽

I have used Pirate studios twice. Both times there were some minor problems with booking and gaining entry to the rooms, but they were quickly resolved either through their emergency phone number or through their online web chat, so it didn't really effect my experience. The rooms themselves have so far been clean, ready to use and have had all the equipment that I was expecting, in good working order. I would recommend them to a friend. One last point (in case the studio owners are reading this): it would be useful if you included the address of the studios on the booking confirmation page, maybe under directions. A google map showing the location might be helpful too.

When we walked into the room that we booked, it was in a bit of a messed up state and some equipment was broken. I took photos of the faulty equipment and the following day I contacted someone at Pirate via WhatsApp. We were able to discuss the issue, I received a reassurance that the equipment will be fixed and I even got some credit towards the next rehearsal. Very good customer service.

After finding the live chat on the website a bit confusing to use, I decided to try the WhatsApp, which delivered quick, concise and human responses to my questions. The website itself has some very questionable typography, but the booking service is always great, and the studios are nice and modern.

A big massive thank you to Fred! Fred resolved my issue almost instantly and was kind enough to give me a discount code but the thing that stood out for me and made me instaly happies is that Fred put :D at the end of his first message, that got me well buzzing!
