I was told item was gonna be shipped at a certain date and now told that it could be anytime. No date or time…. I should have bought it through a different website…

I had to cancel my order due to it only saying “order processing” and I have yet to receive my money back.

I did order 2 books. One book arrived. Another book was not shipped yet. Order is showing pending for many days. I don’t see any customer service number to contact! Really unfortunate!!

Never ever order from this company!! All they want is ur money. I was charged more than $200 for a book i never even got and than they emailed me 5 times crying for there 0.42 cents that were still pending!! Worst company dont do it rent it elsewhere

The book got here in good time. Was concerned about trying a new book-ordering website, but I would definitely feel comfortable ordering books from here again.

Only after ordering my book was I informed it would be delayed - 10 days later! I emailed Knetbooks but am still awaiting response. I only ordered from Knetbooks because they said they had it available. I have no idea when I can expect it.

I have not received our order. When I log in, it still says that it is being processed.

Delivery was well made

Ordered the book on Oct 3. Informed the company on Oct 10 that the book tracking has not been updated since Oct 5 and is likely lost. Company does not want to check with their mail carrier to see what happened to the book or send me a replacement or give me a refund. On Oct 17 the book is still not here. Still waiting for the company to give me a refund while I make a complaint to relevant government agencies.

Just awful! The website incorrectly states expected arrival and delivery times. Customer service is terrible too. They don't bother responding to email inquiries. Wasted my time when I desperately needed a book for my son.
