I only try to buy the MLA on Knetbooks at the first time, actually, I do not have a high expect, but it really give me a big surprise.

The worst service ever

Paid an extra $55 for one-day shipping on a Friday, and didn’t get books until the following Thursday. One book didn’t even show up. Upon request for a refund in shipping staff was argumentative. They could have been more understanding, with the facts given. Instead she put me on hold then ended the conversation with no way to start a new chat (via online). There was also TONS of markings in the book I rented.

My order is already 6 days late. I can see it being shipped all over the country and every time it moves, it gets farther from the delivery address.

The book did not only get delivered in the quickest time possible but its in great condition too!! Great first time experience.

WEBSITE WAS EASY TO NAVIGATE, I LIKED THE FREE SHIPPING.

I ordered a necessity textbook for my graduate program almost 10 days before the start of my program. Knetbooks immediately processed my payment and never updated the status of my order other than showing my purchase as “processing” on my official account. I also found the customer service very lacking, as there is never a live agent to assist you. Instead, I had to rely on email correspondence where the company agent never replied back promptly to me. Needless to say, I had to cancel my order after my first official day of class. Again, after several days, my account simply showed that my order was “processing.” Even after a simple email inquiry, no representative could confirm if the order was even ever shipped? Overall, it was a very frustrating & disappointing experience.

Selling books they don’t have access to and being strung along. Would never buy from this company again.

The book had a for sale sign on it for 2 dollars. Feel likr i was ripped off.

Fast shipping! Made it just in time for me to get my assignment done and turned in on time.

I had ordered the expedited shipping which had a few days span for arrival date. When the day after the arrival date came and still no book I looked at my ordering and it was still processing. I cancelled my order, but will not be getting my money back for the shipping I paid extra for to arrive on time for my classes and they never even shipped it so not shipping fees were applicable. Very upsetting and would not recommend to a friend to order from this website.
