Ordered a Statistics book with express shipping. After a week saw no movement with order. Then I called them and they said it will be in their warehouse in 2 more days. Then next week they send me an email saying the order is delayed and it was in that status for another week. Finally cancelled the order and ordered from Amazon and got it in 2 days.

I ordered a rental book from knetbooks and the package with the book was stolen. I contacted knetbooks, and not only will they not refund the rental, but they are also charging me for the price of the entire book. I understand this is in the rental agreement, however this policy is really unfortunate. It is really unfortunate that this company has no grace for its customers, especially considering that they are in the business of college textbooks where many college students are tight on cash and can already not afford textbooks in the first place.

Knetbooks has been a life saver on almost all my school books. They have saved me a great deal of money I don't have on books. Thank you guys for making my education happen, keep up the great work.
