Ordered 2 books, took 8 days to arrive with expedited shipping. Had to order books from another company so that I could have them on-time for my class. There are plenty of other companies out there that can get you your books quicker. Customer service is quick, however not into helping. I say this because I had to return these books they day they came in and they kept my shipping money, plus charged a restocking fee. I totally agree with the restocking fee, but keeping the expedited shipping money? Come on.

Easy to purchase and easy to send back although the book was a bit late last time compared to when they said it would arrive when I ordered it.

I love how it makes buying text books for school easy and reasonable I find it hard to pay for a $300 book from the college book store when I can buy it for less and save here.

I love that I'm always ablebto find the books I need for class one here! And once my semester is coming to a close, I have the option to purchase the books I rented for a little more! It's been so convenient and I love it!
