Cheapest for my nursing textbooks so far that I have found online

Knetbooks.com is always a smooth process, I appreciate the fact that I can change the rental time to fit my needs.

I used to have good experiences with this company. However, they have screwed me the last two semesters. This time, I waited 10 days for a book that should have been delivered within 3-5 days and ended up with the wrong book. It was tagged wrong. Problem is I need it by Monday and it arrived on Friday. So now I have to get another book somewhere else.

I have been renting text books from Knet Books since doing my BSN in 09. I always rented from them and extended. since COVID, I started school in March 2020 rented all my books and in the years never been late. My books were due on 10/20 I was unable to return the books until 10/22. I received several emails that the books have not been scan at UPS and was charged $190 for two books that I rented from August- October for $$84. I think this is unacceptable and this is not how you value your customers. I called and the customer service rep. nonchalantly explained that they will refund and only charge $90. Do you how much meals I could feed my family with that money and for how many days. This is heartless to say the least. I could have extended the rental and still not pay so much. Needless to say I'm done. It was good while it lasted. Good luck treating your clients this way. KBW

It was easy to find my text book and checkout. I have never used this site before but I would recommend it and will come back. The text book was cheaper here than anywhere else.

I rented a book from Knetbooks in February 2020, this year. The book came to me falling apart, but still intact. It seemed that the book had been glued together by the edge. I had not thought anything else about it because I have rented books before similar to the book I had received and I had no problem.Especially with old books, it is common to find a book that has been used multiple times and deteriorating. I would think that Knetbooks would inspect carefully the books that are shipped out and have that noted. Fast forward to when I ship the book back. I am charged for the full price of the book that came to just barely intact. I spoke with customer service and was told I was charged because it came back damaged and had 30 days to report it. I asked to speak to a manager, kept getting the run around that I manager would call me when my request was received, every time I called. A sent an email and a supervisor replied to the email INSTEAD of call 5 MONTHS LATER. I should have stayed with CHEGG.

Decent prices. Always find them lower than University Store and most other websites. Never had a problem and shipping is always on time.

I found this website online during a google search for a book. The prices are great, the rental periods are accommodating, and shipping is free. What else could you ask for?

Affordable pricing. Shipping is horrible! We ordered two books, one finally arrived a month later, the other hasn’t. If you’re offering these books then you should have them in your warehouse.
