Ambulance Taunton to Buckinghamshire My mother needed to be transported from hospital to closer to her family. There was a slight mix up with the dates/time but very quickly addressed by Lisa and Matt, who looked after Mum really well, and transported her to her new nursing home. They appreciated that it was a big move for her, and gave her that necessary attention to reassure her. Cannot recommend the team too highly. Thank you.

EMA Patient Transport was recommended to us by a friend who recently needed to move her father from the north of England down to Devon. When we needed to transport my elderly parents from London to Devon we got in touch with EMA. What excellent service! Prompt, efficient, professional. We instantly felt that our family were in good hands. The team at head office were so friendly and were able to accommodate all our various requirements - no mean feat with two 90+ year olds! The transportation team instantly set our parents at ease and they enjoyed their journey. We would heartily recommend EMA to anyone needing to relocate elderly or infirm relatives.

My mother has advanced motor neuron disease. I was mostly impressed with the care and kindness with which Allan and Paul handled her from the moment they collected us from Gatwick Airport to the moment they helped her onto her bed at home. They went out of their way to make sure that the journey was a comfortable one and I have no hesitation in recommending this business

They were late but phoned in good time to warn us! They were expensive but worth every penny!! Assisted by Neil and Justin, the gentle lady was transported to a care home with great professionalism, appropriate humour and a wonderful bedside manner. She was totally immobile and they had all the equipment and training to move her effortlessly. Well done Neil and Justin. EMA should be proud of you both! Oh, and the telephone lady was ever so sweet too!!

At very short notice (with 18hrs), from the first call to Michelle to agree price and arranging a time, my frail mum was moved from one Care home to a Nursing home. Neil and Sophie were very caring and professional and moved mum with great dignity. They arrived at the given time and could not do enough to make mum comfortable. They went well above my expectations. An excellent service.

At very short notice, we had to move my frail mum from her upstairs bedroom at home to a respite home. Understandably, this was something we were all very apprehensive about as mum was unable to use her stairlift. However, Matt and Jade arrived and were amazing from beginning to end. From chatting with mum to find out what would suit her best, what she was worried about and reassuring her every step of the way, they could not have been more supportive. We all felt completely at ease in their hands. They were polite, competent and friendly, taking time to explain everything to dad as well as mum. They rang ahead to confirm they would be arriving on time which was helpful too. The booking call centre were also superb, helping us to smoothly navigate this stressful, emotional time. I wholeheartedly recommend EMA patient transport and would not hesitate to use them at any time in the future. A huge thank you to all concerned, especially Matt and Jade.

The team were informative throughout. They dealt with my elderly aunt with the utmost of respect and dignity. It was a stressful day due to issues on the roads (transport from North London to the Hampshire coast!) but the crew took that stress to a minimum. Not often do you come across a company, people or service that impress you but that happened this week. We needed to move our mum from one care home in London to another in Hampshire at short notice. We booked the transport service through EMA and hoped every thing would be ok. Well it was more than ok it was amazing. Alan and Justin not only arrived early but were so professional but personal at the same time - just made us all feel at ease and secure in the knowledge it was all going to be ok. The transfer was so smooth it was such a pleasurable journey - it seemed over in a flash. Can’t speak highly enough about these two gentleman - such a credit to the company and could not recommend them highly enough to others. From start to finish AAA+++ service.

Both Steve and Peter were professional from the start. They met me at my hospital room and got me safely to the waiting ambulance. I felt very secure and comfortable in the ambulance. Nothing was too much trouble. I would not hesitate in recommending EMA for critical or trauma care travel.
