From the moment I rang for help to the safe delivery of the patient home, EMA acted totally professionally in every respect. Michelle who took my original call and Steve and Neil the ambulance crew members did all they could to smooth the process prompting the patient to say "well that was a lot easier than I thought it would be. I felt very safe in the good hands of the EMA staff". Thank you for your care and attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble.

A truly professional service from the telephone booking arrangements to the actual journey from Dorchester to Poole and return. Justin and Sophie, the ambulance crew, were very kind and considerate and helped make the hospital visit more like a pleasurable morning out. As a result we felt safe, secure and relaxed. Very professional and easy service

We decided to use EMA to transport Mum to another care home. I'm so glad I did. Pete and Steve were brilliant with her. She travelled the 45 minute journey in comfort and every correct procedure was followed to ensure the transfer was made safely. I highly recommend this company.

We had a fantastic service. They arrived on time having rung me to let me know they were on their way. I was concerned about the dress in 94 year old going from Salisbury to Huntingdon, a 3 hour drive , but they were so kind and caring and she enjoyed the journey and felt like she was going on holiday. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing to move their aged relatives. Steve and Michelle were compassionate and good humoured and everything went without a hitch. Thank you EMA.

Recently I travelled in an EMA ambulance to and from a hospital appointment an hour away from home. The crew were absolutely wonderful from the moment they phoned to say they were on their way here to delivering me back to my own bed four and a half hours later and they gave me superb care throughout. I am unable to sit, but the crew provided me with extra pillows on a trolley and kept me comfortable and safe both during the journey and in the hospital where they helped me stand in a difficult position to have x-rays followed by spinal injections. I have been bedridden for eight months and in great pain so I had been dreading this appointment, but the EMA crew went out of their way to keep me comfortable and positive and their kindness and superb efficiency made sure that I will have only good memories of what could have been a horrible experience. Everything was perfect, so thank you EMA for providing me with an excellent service and I shall look forward very much to travelling with you again.

Steve and Julie arrived in plenty of time ahead of moving my elderly parents out of their home of 55 years. My Dad is 91 with very limited mobility and my Mum 84. The care Steve and Julie provided was second to none and they were considerate, kind and put my parents at ease straight away. They explained everything that would happen before, during and after the journey and were not patronising in anyway. They both had a great sense of humour which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend Steve and Julie and can't thank them enough for looking after my parents on such an emotional day.

EMA recently transferred my extremely sick mother from her home to a nursing home two hours away. I needed help on the day and they were able to do this at short notice. The team were incredible. Supportive to me and my mother. They were kind compassionate competent and also light hearted in the best way in a tricky situation. I could not recommend them highly enough.

The two operatives, Pete and Steve were excellent in every respect. Most importantly, Mary, who was being taken from Ferndown to Oxted was treated with superb care and respect. Their communication was caring and clear. Their empathy was outstanding and helped her become calm. They are experienced professionals and could show both kindness and intelligent process. We expected a good service but we were astounded at how they made the whole exercise smooth, memorable and appropriate to the patient's needs. We were kept fully informed from the outset and they waited until they were certain Mary was settled. I cannot praise them enough - T H A N K S.
