My dad has complex disability needs and is in palliative care. I was desperate to get him to his favorite place by the sea. EMA were exceptional from start to finish in correspondence with Michelle to Sam and Julie transporting my dad with skill and kindness. The little things like Sam picking up that my dad liked tools (like him) to Julie’s (ace driving skills) and chatting away to my mum. It was a great day that we will all remember forever, thank you 🙏

Michelle was simply amazing. It was very difficult for me to arrange transportation for my mum to take her from London to Bournemouth as I reside in Australia. However, Michaelle made it easy, painless, and efficient. Mum was over the moon with the staff interaction and is now safely at the home of my choice. Thank you Michelle - you are an absolute lifesaver.

My mum, Patricia, was discharged from Bmth hospital today. Ambulance Crew, Matt and Pete, took her home as she wouldn't have been able to get home safely otherwise and she said they were absolutely brilliant and really lovely people. I organised this transport for a friend who was transferring from Queen Alexander Hospital Portsmouth back to Broadstone. Everything went smoothly, and she was taken good care of.

I had to arrange for my disabled bariatric brother to be moved out of the family home of 50 years. I honestly had no idea how/where to turn and I eventually came across EMA. After several communications between Lisa and Michelle who were absolutely brilliant and so supportive, the move day finally came around. Matt,Michelle and 4 other crew members arrived with plenty of time. My brother was located upstairs in the home and they moved him out with minimal disruption. It made my most fearful day the easiest and least stressful ever. Unfortunately, the move was then delayed due to a situation out of our control and they did everything they could to help my brother and keep him relaxed and comfortable. We finally got the key late in the day and they were so professional up to the end when they were waiting around for over 5hrs. I can honestly say they were my saviours and I can’t thank them highly enough for their total dedication, commitment and professionalism plus being so kind to my brother and I. 200% service!! Thank you guys. You were totally amazing.

EMA carried out a same-day transfer of my mother from her house to a local care home. They were available on the day I called them to make the transfer that day and the crew who moved my mum were very kind, considerate and caring. Thank you to everyone at EMA.

Outstanding service from Sam & Amanda. They moved my mother-in-law from her home in Crowthorne to a care home in Wokingham. Sam & Amanda were very caring, patient and sensitive to the fact the mother-in-law was leaving her home after 60yrs of residency. Sam & Amanda are a very ‘can-do’ and positive team who helped us through a challenging physical lifting task, whilst also being very sensitive to the situation.

I cannot fault the service I received from EMA yesterday. The crew, Steve & Sophie, went beyond my expectations. They attended to my 95 year old mothers needs and made the 6 hour journey trouble free. They were very professional indeed and I would not hesitate to recommend the services of EMA.

We had to transport our very poorly sister from a hospital in Birmingham to a care home near us in Christchurch. We were extremely anxious about the ordeal for her and what would be involved. Everyone at EMA reassured us throughout the process, arranged transport at short notice, and the team on the day provided an excellent service, were very respectful and most reassuring throughout.

From pick up to drop off I can't thank the EMA Patient Transport team for making my mum's move so smooth. I was very apprehensive about getting mum out of the house to her new home but they were amazing and moved her with ease. The team were so nice and friendly, I can't recommend them enough and I wouldn't hesitate to call on them again if needed.

The Ambulance Team arrived when agreed. The people were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very helpful and supportive also treat you as part of a family for all the time they are with you. Such a professional organisation.

From the moment I contacted EMA, Lisa and Michelle were so helpful and answered all our questions and concerns and immediately put us at ease. We were moving my mother, who is bedridden with dementia, to temporary accommodation and we were finding everything so stressful. The ambulance with Sam and Julie arrived early and they were so relaxed and friendly that it took all our stress away. We knew everything was going to be ok & we felt confident with EMA. Sam & Julie were so considerate about how to move my mother and took their time assessing the best options thoroughly. The ambulance & staff transported my mother to her new accommodation so effortlessly. It was a smooth and slick operation, really fantastic. Julie chatted to me in the ambulance with my mother and I felt very relaxed. My mother was also very relaxed during the process which was a relief. The whole team is absolutely brilliant and it is an excellent professional service with a kind & human approach which is so needed when you are doing something like this which is often difficult.
