I double checked whether they would be delivered on time and according to their website and delivery date at checkout, they should have been delivered on the 8th. On the 7th I got an email from UPS with delivery date 9th, I tried contacting flower box but no one is replying to emails or picking up the phone, I called multiple times. The day is almost over and the flowers have not been delivered. The day has been ruined for both me and my mother who would now be extremely disappointing. Paying premium for these flowers, you think the least they could do is provide some decent customer service. Would definitely not recommend, ruined the holiday, will never purchase again and will request a refund. It’s a shame to charge such a high price for zero quality and service. It’s worth mentioning that I also contacted UPS who confirmed there are no delays from their side and are processing the order as per the terms of the service used. Horrible!

Rating changed to 5 stars for excellent Customer Services. Original Post for reference... I purchased 20 long stem roses for £80 for my partner for Valentine's Day. Whilst at first glance they look nice, when I looked closer I actually only received 19 roses and 1 of them was nearly dead, with a couple of others on their way out too. This is just not good enough. When people pay premium they expect premium quality. Especially they expect to get at least the amount they paid for.

They are not fresh, consistently, and overpriced. Unlike the flowers I buy at stalls or Bayley and sage or even m and s, which last a good five days on average if looked after, yours last an average of 2-3 days at best.

It would be great to be able to make changes to the subscription through self managed portal within my account log in.

Supposed to be dark red/purple lilies. They have a white border and look like stargazers. They also have no scent. Emailed 3 times. Left message on phone. Nothing. Terrible customer services, inferior product, not as described

Kuwait | 11 December 2021The flowers are amazing… but the packaging was weak, and it wouldn’t be suitable for a gift as the stems were too long, which made the bouquet uneasy to carry. And of course trimming the stems was necessary for the vase, which is in the website supposed to be a proper match, couldnt carry the bouquet unless some serious trimming. I like long stems in my flowers, but the bouquet wasn’t friendly to handle and it was so lovely we really wanted to have a better experience with it.
