I ordered parrot tulips for a friend who had been in hospital - excellent service - beautiful unusual flowers - she was really pleased with them. I was so pleased with the help I received from customer service as I had inadvertently put wrong billing address - they were excellent - quick response.

I bought a potted Christmas tree from Flowerbx. It looks perfect on their website but I admit I overestimated the size - it was a bit smaller than I expected. It’s also now been named Itchy and Scratchy because 100% that’s what it is. I had to decorate it wearing washing up gloves. The needles have a lovely smell though, and the shape of the tree is lovely, although it arrived slightly wonky. I had to re-pot it to get it to stand up correctly. On the bright side though it’s roots weren’t overly compacted, which often happens when buying potted plants, so it came with lots of room to grow (unusual for house plants). I also had to replace the plant pot itself - the black one they provided was a poor fit for the original container, with the plastic looking rather unsightly and bulging over the rim. That and the nature of the itchy needles is the main reason for my 3 star review. All in all, I am far more attached to my Nordmann fir (the other potted Christmas tree I have) but Itchy and Scratchy is in my life for good now, and we are slowly but surely learning to get along.

Very disappointing quality! Over priced for what I received.

There was a mix up with thedelivery, which was partially my fault, but could have been resovled in an easier manner. Once the delivery was, the flowers were amazing and I was very satisfied.

Delivery was very smooth and the roses were very pretty.

Spent over £1000 on two Christmas garlands two centre pieces and two wreaths. The centre pieces shrivelled and died on day two. I left positive feedback as the products were wonderful have complained but not heard back as of today. You can’t expect people to spend that type of money and they die the following day.

So disappointed! Firstly You got the address wrong, then when we sorted that, you lost my message. I had to rewrite it and send it to you. Then my daughter received the flowers with no note of who they were from- and no message! I felt I had paid more money than I usually do but unfortunately the service was poor. Jean Edwards

Excellent service and the most beautiful Christmas tree

On closer inspection of the photograph my friend sent, quite a few of the lilies were brown round the edges. As my friend’s husband had just died I didn’t want to question it. I have had problems in the past with flowers being not quite up to the standard I would have expected from Flowerbx. There is perhaps an issue with the way the blooms are packed.

Flowers keep arriving either dried out or seem old/wilted

Delivered "on time" in effective packaging. Flowers were in perfect condition with lots of buds to prolong life with daily trimming. Well worth the extra cost.

VERY EASY TO ORDER. I WOULD ADD TO THE PROCEDURE -IF ITS A GIFT TO WRITE A CARD AND NOT INCLUDE THE RECEIPT IN. OTHERWISE EVERYTHING ELSE GREAT.
