Delivery was pretty quick and the vase was well packaged. My 3 star rating is because the rim seems very imperfect. There is even an outer part of the edge that's a bit sharp, even though it doesn't seem broken. I imagine something happened in the process of making it? Honestly, I would send it back if it didn't mean a trip to the post office to wait in a long line during this holiday season.

The flowers almost withered when they received them.

I received 19 stems when it said it would include 20. Also, the flowers were not the right color - I ordered a purple carnation and received bright red carnations. The flower quality was great but it wasn’t what I ordered.
