A delivery of their stocks was underwhelming: 20 stems as ordered but certainly do not fill a vase as impressively as the 10 stems pictured on the site. Several of the stems have flattened flowers and all stems are almost fully bloomed, barely any unopened blooms at the tops to prolong life. Foliage is wispy and sparse, again nothing like that pictured online for the product. I know colour varies with monitors, but these are not the pretty blush shown online. Disappointing all round and not a cheap disappointment either.

Unfortunately last couple of deliveries had been unsatisfactory. For the price of the £75 you would expect Dahlias to be long lasting, but it’s only 5th day and the bouquet looks like it belongs in the bin. Also, quite a lot of Dahlias came damaged, so they had to be shortened and placed to rather small vase. Before that the Hydrangeas that were to be blue came absolutely green. Like dark green with almost no hint of the blue. In other places if such nuances happened, usually we had a choice of refund or changing the flowers. The choice of the flowers is amazing in this flower store, however, the quality (especially compared to the prices) isn’t on the expected level.
