Quality of wreath was not quite as good as I expected. I appreciate it’s a natural product but a few leaves in the centre had holes, which I removed. Also the wreath publicity pictured is on the front door and that’s where I placed mine. Really the wreath is too fragile for most front doors unless enclosed in a porch. Rain caused the colours to run down the door. I did receive an email probably a week after the wreath advising that rain would have this effect. But that was a bit late and really the wreath is not really designed for the Uk weather.

Though they weren’t able to deliver the order on the day selected but this was due to the quality from their supplier not being up to scratch which I totally understand. I appreciated that they were able to offer me another option and to not have to pay the difference and to have it delivered same day the next day. So ticks all around for customer service! Also my friend loved her flowers and that’s what mattered!

Stunning bouquet of roses with lovely vase. Beautifully packaged in recyclable materials . Delivered when expected. As gift cannot say if good value for money. Still on display a week later tho starting to fade.

I received exceptional customer service after a minor mis delivery

My daughter was thrilled with her 50th birthday gift of 50 Calla Lilies. They were delivered on time, were wrapped and had a ribbon as promised. She said they were absolutely beautiful. Customer service was wonderful, I had forgotten to add my card, they contacted me, added the card and all was perfect. I will definitely use this FlowerBx again. Thank you.

Lovely flowers but delivered as 2 separate bunches, which had far less impact. The last time I ordered, the delivery presentation (especially the ribbon tie) was more beautiful. I ended up rewrapping the flowers together before gifting them.

Some of the stems broke off when moving them to a vase. They also looked a little smaller than in the pictures. Delivery guy was great and delivered to my door.

Sent to some sunset freesias to a dear friend and they were so beautiful. A week later still looking stunning! Will definitely use again!!!

My absolute go to company for fabulous, different and stylish flowers on both sides of the Atlantic. All my recipients have been thrilled and if ever there has been an issue it is dealt with friendly and efficient service. The team are an absolute delight to deal with on the phone.

IN LOVE ! I ordered 10 stems of the Pink Chiffon Lisianthus and they were just the most stunningly delicate bouquet! Came with food and a great little pocket care guide. On arrival it was already really full but more and more gorgeous blooms opened up and it lasted 1.5 weeks before starting to look a little tired! I just clipped off some of the older blooms and got a solid 2 weeks out of it! Fabulous quality! Thank you FLOWERBX!!! Going to treat myself to some periwinkle delphiniums next. Can’t wait.

£100 for flower delivery. They missed their promised delivery date. Don’t answer the phone number for customer service. Takes them hours to respond to emails. Don’t bother. Too many other choices for flower delivery in London. They are pretending to be a high end florist by charging high prices but service isn’t there.

So so sad. I ordered a beautiful magnolia leaf wreath thinking it’ll be as beautiful as the flowers I’ve ordered in the past. WRONG. The leaves were filthy dirty and many of the leaves were torn. The wreath wasn’t secured in the box which didn’t help as the box was completely mangled. I won’t order again. Not worth it.

When I found FlowerBX I was excited, as I found the offerings and look of the site to be wonderful. While I also had great service throughout the process, the flowers that arrived were unfortunately limp to the point of being on their way out and I was unable to revive them. I don't think any amount of curation and service can make up for lackluster quality - as much as I'd like to give the benefit of the doubt I would be very hesitant to order from FlowerBX again.

Everything was great, except the colour of the flowers I ordered. It meant to be purple roses, but eventually it was pink roses instead.
