I am an accountant looking after lots of small businesses. Allica bank is able to help lots of these businesses because there is someone at the end of the phone who can help. The account application is simple and fast. My account manager is super helpful. The App is easy to use and the interest rates are rewarding.

I have given 3 stars for now just because we havent been using it yet. I just want to know to get that 4%+ interest rate do I need to keep money in the current account default tab or move them to another subaccount/pot to make it work? And if there is no £50000 cpnstantly in that account are the interests still paid or not? Thanks.

Found this bank offering high interest rate on both instant acsess and fixed term They were easy to set up and the app is good, I had a query as I wanted multiple accounts to show on my one Phone APP so I emailed them within the hour I had a very helpful reply and it was sorted. It's great to be able to communicate with your bank would highly recommend giving them a try.

A very straight forward process to open an account and even more simple to access a very competitive savings rate. Agata Rinkeviciute was exceptional with her assistance and swift response to our questions prior to opening an account. She made the process very easy and it made a huge difference to have an actual person at hand to assist. 5-stars!

What a breath of fresh air!! The process of opening the accounts was done within 48 hours and had none of the ridiculous requirements the min high street banks seem to put in the way of businesses these days! We are in the process of moving from Santander which is mainly due to the interest rates that Allica offer on a not unsubstantial deposit, I have received more for my money in 3 months of interest payments than a I did in over a year with Santander. 4.33% against 1.05% you also benefit from 1% cash back on your current account card, no fees as well!! Steve Grigg took the time to do an online introduction to setting up our accounts and the using the app. He also took the time to come to our office and help set up any complicated payments, got to say we in 8 years of banking with Santander we never got given a contact and continually had to battle ridiculously long waiting times to get through to people. I have recommended numerous client of my business and everyone has reported back how impressed they have been.

From start to finish, the experience was comfortable and problem free. The direct communication with Maria Khan was made without complication and extremely helpful. She was considerate communicative and helped every step of the way and when there were a couple of technical issues, she did everything possible to resolve them as soon as possible. Extremely glad I switched over to Allica Bank the interest rate we are now receiving is double of that with Monzo Bank our previous bankers. Thanks once again, Maria.

Easy application process, made simpler by great customer service from a UK based account manager. Given direct contact details should we need to get in touch which is refreshing. App and website simple and easy to navigate, so far an excellent experience all round.

I have been with Allica for around 2 years now, initially using it as a second account (dipping my toe in so to speak). I have seen them respond well to customer comments and the app has come a long way since I started using it. I am sure there will be differences between all banking Apps but to have seen the improvements and taking on board customer feed back is a refreshing change. I can't fault the facilities we have on our account and the interest rate we get back. We still hold our Natwest account but it is almost never used and will likley be closed within a year. best banking decision I have ever made.

We initially opened an account with Allica to take advantage of their savings pot interest which is very good and flexible, we transferred all our current accout banking to them when they introduced the 7 day switch which was exactly what it said with all DD and Standing orders transferred and incoming recipts arriving in our account all went very smoothly. The account functions as you'd expect and the APP is good. We have a dedicated account manager who is accessible and helpful. Overall have been very pleased.

It was great to see the bank offering all the services that most banks offer with the difference being that with Allica bank there is a relationship manager you can talk to all the time no matter what size you are. Also the onboarding assistance I received from Louise Read at to get me up and running was excellent.
