Though it was easy to set up Pav Sharma was very helpful and made this process pain free . I have tried to open up two other accounts for business with other on line banks and the experience was daunting ... still waiting for a call back from one !!!!... the other I gave up . So well done Allica Bank and Pav you are a credit to the business .

He began by insisting the company pride themselves on customer service and I have found that throughout when dealing with him. I'd recommend setting up an account with Allica given the process is simple and straightforward.

In the process of withdrawing funds to move to a professional high street bank, everything is so complex and elongated - support isn't their strongpoint. Definitely don't trust as a business banking partner.
