Relationship Manager I can talk to about any issues, not a call centre. When I was told Allica pay interest on the current account and you have a Relationship Managerthere was no more to discuss. Emily has been true to her word!!

Great online banking experience with ease of opening and seamlessly transferring from old account. Great savings rate and very low fees. Banking app functionality not great however - it’s very basic. Would like to be able to add the virtual card to Apple Pay and would like to be able to do simple things like categorising my transactions.

Very easy to get set up and running. Interface seems intuitive and easy to use. Customer services have been proactive. The open banking seems to work well, with transactions pulling into accounting software. Happy to recommend Allica Bank based on my experience to date.
