A good online bank account, however, a little difficult to navigate, takes some getting used to, other banking apps are much easier to use. Good customer service team.

All in all a good service, a few app additions required to make life easier, like saving the reference for each payee, as you have to add this for each transaction, searching for transactions is another. I’m sure app improvements will continue.

Allica was a new bank to me so I was a little cautious about opening an account. However their representative Pav Sharma was extermely helpful & addressed each question I had as it arose in a prompt fashion, explaining each step of the process. Having just completed the set-up process he was on the phone to ensure everything had been done to my satisfaction & in fact addressed the one remaining question that I had. This experience contrasts markedly with issues that I am currently having with a well established but singularly unhelpful London bank.

Brilliant business banking option. Great perks and fantastic customer service. Not to mention the app is very user friendly. The ONLY thing I can fault is before taking out the bank account I was told I could search for transactions in the app. You can’t, you have to scroll through and look, rather than type into a search bar. This is disappointing.

Setting the account up was so easy I thought it might be a scam! The interest is an added bonus, just remember to keep transferring the interest into the savings pot to get the compound interest 👍

Fantastic product offering and a professional and timely on-boarding process for my business. From inital enquiry, to having the bank account opened and operational took less than a week, and that included further info requirements for their KYC team, which is an important part of the process they, of course, cannot skip. Will Ashton was fantastic all the way through the process.

It's like travelling back in time to when humans ran banks. Setting up the account has been so straightforward. Lauren has responded immediately to all my emails - with a phone call when that was easier. So far it's been a pleasure dealing with Allica. I don't often write reviews - I felt compelled to do so this time.

We had a few teething problems when moving over to Allica, but had great help and assistance from our relationship manager Hayley. She went out of her way to resolve our issues and was in constant contact to provide updates. Hayley really made the move across worthwhile.
