We have had no need to contact the business manager yet, so it will be interesting to see what extra support and added value advice they can provide. We are making good use of the rewards package. The only thing stopping me from giving five stars is that you can't add the card to Google Wallet or Apple Pay.

United Kingdom | 24 October 2024I transferred my Business Bank Account from Starling to Allica and I'm fairly satisfied in the main. Just a couple of frustrations which should be attended to. Firstly, the App and Website needs updated with an effective `Search' button as it far too laborious scrolling down every transaction. My Starling Account had this facility and was able to identify all my transactions by category, payee etc. I sorely miss this. My second frustration is that my Allica card is still not accepted on the Apple Wallet so am unable to pay using my phone. My account manager did say this was being developed but so far nothing.

United Kingdom | 24 October 2024Not the best business bank! Very slow to respond to everything. Customer relations is hit and miss. Still waiting for the return of the overdraft facility they chopped off us because I changed my email address. Their representative did not think to call our business or my business partner. 6+ months further on and we wait…. Not chasing them as it’s not worth the effort. The app is inferior in comparison to Bank of Scotland’s which can do so much more than Allica’s.
