Allica has provided an exceptional banking experience for us. The transition from our previous bank to Allica was seamless. We were assigned a dedicated manager called Nicole H who communicated with us regularly through calls and emails, guiding us through each step of the process. Our account was set up in less than a week, and integrating Allica with our accounting software was straightforward and hassle-free. As a small independent business, we greatly appreciate not having to worry about bank charges or transaction fees. Previously, we faced ongoing frustrations with our existing bank, including high fees and limited support from an overseas service team. Allica has truly transformed our banking experience for the better.

Opened a business account in November. No interest has been paid. Now told you have to open another ‘savings pot’ to transfer your money within the bank! To say I’m disappointed and feel done is an understatement. Will be closing the account tonight.

A pleasantly personal approach… with emails and follow-up phone calls… the whole process was simple and gave me confidence to proceed. Am now earning a reasonably decent amount of interest on my business savings account. This links in very well with my existing bank and the Allica app is intuitive & seems to work well.

We had a Customer Success Executive (NH) who dealt with us and who literally held our hand from our first enquiry. They made the whole process of setting up our account absolutely seemless. Everything was effotless, honestly a true delight having someone who was professional and patient with two oldies who are not techno savy 🤦‍♀️

A straightforward banking experience where you can actually talk to someone! I was fortunate enough to have dealt with Henok Aklilu who was most helpful in setting up the new account. He was also very helpful and informative whilst I was deciding if I even was going to move banks without being "hard sell" in his method or attitude. At the end of the day the interest rates speak for themselves and having an actual person to talk to is also a refreshing change.
