Our business's required a new bank where there is a dedicated bank manager easily available to be able to discuss commercial requirements. In an ever changing fast paced world, business's need that as part of the tools of success. We were recommended to Allica and made an enquiry to them. Wahid who is now our Bank Manager was excellent and within 4 days we had new bank accounts up and running together with new debit cards and full access to online banking. Highly recommend Allica Bank to any business who want great banking facilities with full access to a personable bank manager day to day. This bank do what they say. Well Done and Thank You

Opening a business account with Allica Bank has been unlike our experience with any other bank. Louise Read guided us seamlessly through all of the usual and necessary processes and kept us informed at all stages. Their online website is clear and intuitive as is their smart 'phone App. No hiccups at all with the setup but plenty of help available if needed. Really appreciated during a very busy time for us!

We opened a business account with another bank but the set up process was arduous, as we bounced between chat bots. We were recommended to try Allica Bank and put in contact with Louise. The expereince couldn't have been more different, Louise guided us through a painless account set up prior to allocating us a relationship manager. The excellent customer service was exactly what we'd be missing in our old bank.

Our relationship manager Steve Sissons has been great at facilitating this, responding quickly to queries and opening business accounts in a record time, along with access to online banking. This has given me the confidence to transfer all of my business accounts to Allica

Gareth at Allica has been fantastic. I've opened a few business accounts with Allica now and the process puts the high street banks to shame. The account is opened quickly and there is a human to speak to if necessary!

I met Gareth at an awards ceremony and instantly knew it would be a great relationship. Gareth has been outstanding, helping me set up new bank accounts and advising me on how the various Allica products work, I've been really impressed. Setting up an account was a breeze, and things are already working and it's great to know such a helpful chap is on the end of an email should I need anything.

I contacted Allica Bank for a quote for my commercial mortgage and once I decided to ahead I have been incontact with Francis Purcell throughout the process and the service has been second to none, completely stress free and on time. Any questions I had was answered in no time at all and nothing was to much trouble when I was deciding what to do for the best. Thank you again for the support and advise.

We have started using Allica Bank last year and I've had a great experience so far. Have a dedicated account manager to speak with. Also have other specialist departments that can help with Asset Finance options. Unlike like our last major bank that you only ever get to speak to robots on the phone. Get great interest rates on our savings pot too.

Like many perhaps, I was a little sceptical of a bank that I had never heard of before. I have now had several accounts with Allica over the past couple of years. They were easy to open, have operated well on their website and upon maturity my funds were immediately obtainable. I cannot fault them in any way. Highly recommended !!

Allica bank team are friendly however when I realised I had opened the wrong account I'm just being faced with a 'computer says no' answer in being able to close the account in order to open another one. As a fairly new bank and a business customer (I would have been happy to potentially move more accounts to them) I'm very dissapointed and they are clearly just another inflexible bank. Where are the banks out there who can really be partners for your business?!
