The tree arrived in good time and excellent condition!, unlike some other companies I have dealt with. The quality of the peach tree was above my expectations. Excellent communication from seller, delivery was prompt and the courier went above and beyond. As I live close to the nursery I will be looking at their plants and trees and collecting in person. I cannot recommend Direct Plants highly enough for their quality and service, thank you!

Communication was good, speedy delivery good quality items and of the size described. Only small issue was with delivery, which was left on my doorstep with no notification, that is, did not ring the bell.

the delivery co you use are so bad it is almost impossible to describe they are worse than evri and that is saying something.I have sent you 3.emails today of which you have only responded once and have not answered any of my complaints at all I have cancelled my order which you have not yet replied not good enough?? on this performance I will not use you again

I was unsure about ordering a specimen plant online but I needn't have worried. The Acers were packaged in a sturdy cardboard plant box and arrived in wonderful condition. I can't wait to plant them up and enjoy the magnificent colour and leaf display later in the year.

I bought 5 plants from this seller.Cherries, nectarine and grape vines.All plants were very healthy looking. The same plants can be found on other major retailers a lot more expensive. So great value for money. The delivery was quick. Plants well packaged.One down side is the nectarine came as a bare root and not a plant. I was not offered any redress for that. I’ll still recommend this company to a friend.

Great service,came well boxed. Delivery was good,the only criticism was, they sent you a tracking number but details of the courier was not mentioned, I had to contact customer services for this information. Other than that it went well. A good price & a lot to choose from. Just have to wait now for the spring to see if they flourish. I would recommend this company.

I've ordered a plant from Direct Plants before but this time I had a query. No telephone number given on the website and no reply to my email of yesterday and I wanted some plants for a special occasion so not impressed.
